Alliance Nursing is a local, privately owned medically intensive homecare agency, committed to giving patients the one-on-one care they need. Our individualized care planning ensures that your loved one receives comprehensive, coordinated services to achieve their health care goals. We provide a wide range of services in homes throughout the Puget Sound region of Western Washington, including King, Snohomish, Pierce, Skagit, Whatcom, Thurston, Island and Kitsap counties - and in our privately owned skilled nursing facilities -- 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With our years of experience, we are able to support our clients as an advocate and specialist in medically intensive home care. Alliance Nursing is a preferred provider for multiple insurance companies, and is contracted with Washington State DSHS and L&I.

Jen J.WA, WA05Mar 12, 2022Client centered culture, amazing nurses and up to date, spotless homes. I wouldn't want my father in the hands of any other company. Communication with staff is clear and consistent and I never have to worry knowing he is in the hands of these highly trained, extremely qualified nurses. It shows when a company treats their employees well and properly pays them. I'd recommend Alliance Nursing to any family in the state needing a piece of mind when it comes to the care of a terminally I'll family member.

James M.Lake Forest Park, WA01Dec 16, 2020A management that runs their company upon deceit, lack of communication, incompetence, and lack of integrity. Any sense of moral compass is completely lacking within this management team - supervisors and HR representatives included. Don't waste your time.

Leon M.Federal Way, WA53235140Mar 25, 2015First to ReviewDo not let the smile of the staff (supervisors) fool you.In 4 months I have been given 2 great nurses and 2 horrible Dangerous, incompetent ones. Staff does not return phone calls at all. I will be changing nursing companies asap!!! Think really carefully about trusting them with your loved ones. Contact me if you are thinking about using them I will give details.
This reveiw is from march 2015. As of today 11/6/15 i have not spoken with you. As of June 2015 i am with new provider. Comment replied back 8 months late.
As of today 6/25/16 The response they did was fake. They never resolved the issues and never tried. I stopped their service and went another route and i have been happy and stress free for well over a year.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This is a great company to work for. Communication is great with supervisors and the scheduling department. The job is very rewarding and fun. Flexible schedule and great client centered culture.
