All Ways Moving & Storage

5 stars all around for the entire company! From my initial inquiry, to the estimate, and then finally my move - everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. I was really impressed with the movers as well. They were so kind and in great spirits the entire time. Dj, John, and Dylan were just awesome. They also did not get one mark on a wall and they handled my things very gingerly for how quickly they were moving. Thank you again to the entire company for such a quick and stress free move. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know who will be moving in the future!

Used All Ways a little over a year ago to move. Estimating process was convenient, and the moving crew worked quickly and efficiently. They definitely got gassed moving our furniture up the steep driveway into a split entry, but stayed friendly and responsive the entire day despite being pretty exhausted by the end.

We used All Ways moving and storage for our move from Pittsburgh to Alabama and I am glad we did! My husbands company were paying for our relocation so we were able to have them come and pack for us which was nice!!! The crew arrived Thursday with 4 people to help pack. They were all very nice!! They knew what they were doing and got to work. The whole time they were there we chatted, made jokes and got to know more about them. Which was fun and made the packing day go by so fast!!! The next day 4 new guys came and got to Loading the truck! They were efficient and got the job done in 3 hours! They boxes were leveled with the room and our last name. I will love to work with them again! Great company!

We have only moved twice in our mid sixties life. The first time we used a u- Haul and did it ourselves.(1979) This time, we had no idea what to expect. First of all, we called for three estimates. Allways Moving was the lowest. Sometimes the lowest estimate is not the best deal. But, my brother-in-law used Allways Moving and he liked them. We were very pleased with the load, the scheduled arrival, and the unload. Everything came to us in our new home in great condition. Only one little scratch on a coffee table and a little scratch cover will fix it. Also, as suprise to us, when they called to schedule the delivery, they lowered the bill from the initial estimate. If that doesn't rate five stars, I don't know what would.

BEWARE. I should have read the earlier review that discusses the utter laziness of the staff (they took breaks seeming every 30 minutes) , over billing coupled with the sales person's under estimate of time and extra charges for things. Moreover the sales did not explain the coverage and they ruined a brand new office chair. They charge top rate, exceed the estimate by 15% and then damage your items and offer pennies on the dollar. Hire any other company besides this one. Horribly unscrupulous.

company has misleading and deceptive marketing techniques and ultimately billing much more than quoted based on all kind of "policies" that are not advertised documented

after dispute regarding the above, company forceful and fraudulently charged credit card despite objection and refusal to sign credit card authorization form.
company then altered/forged documents after i signed it to have additional charges (they didn't realize i had a carbon copy of the original) (possibly a criminal offence and indicative of a shady company)

furthermore i called their administrative office to discuss and on both occasion was screamed at and then hung up on - very insulting and poor customer service

The gentleman who moved us in were great and fast. I was told that they would come pick up our moving materials after we unpacked but I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. I've left messages for someone named Debra multiple times and even spoken with her, but I am always told that someone would call me back. No one ever does. I would go with a different company for my next move, that way if there was a bigger issue, I know someone would give me the courtesy of a phone call.

I'm very disappointed with the company because they didn't bring their own toolbox since they came in a different truck (the company should provide a toolbox for all trucks!). As I also didn't have a toolbox, it took a while until one of them bought one and finally started to disassemble the furniture. Despite the fact of that my husband and I had already moved some furniture using a U-Haul, and there were fewer things to move than when they did the estimate, the movers didn't finish their job: one Queen Size bed was left downstairs (it wasn't even disassembled yet) and another bed was assembled wrong.
I know that time taken can change from the estimate, but it was very different from what we had expected. Since we had already moved some of the things included in the estimated price, I expected they would at least finish their job, but that wasn't even close!
I reported to sale manager about the toolbox incident and the delay in the move, and he told me by e-mail that somebody would contact me, but I haven't even received any apologies from the company so far. I don't recommend!

I have used All Ways twice now to move. Both experiences were excellent. Most recently, the three guys they sent were courteous, protected everything and worked quickly. I hope I do not move again but if I do I will use these guys.
