All Quality

I wish I could post better before and after pictures but I did a terrible job of capturing before pictures. Ed and team have helped us out with multiple projects but most recently they replaced our windows and two doors. Ed gave great advice through the course of the project and made sure everything was done to the highest standards. We have had work done cheaper, but never better!

I have a 1000 square ft condo in Chicago and received a $20,000 estimate to install hardwood in one bedroom/closets and refinish the living area floors. Plus, I already own the new wood and underlay. Everyone has the right to establish their own worth but this quote raised ethical concerns for me. Buyer beware!

We wish we could give more than 5 stars! Our experience with All Quality, Inc was absolutely wonderful. From beginning to completion, working with Ed, Norm and Kamil exceeded expectations. They were a pleasure to work with. Our project was a refresh of our Kitchen, replacement of entire tile floor of entryway and redo of a guest bathroom.

Everything went perfectly as planned. The quality of workmanship of Kamil was truly impressive. We were happy and confident with our initial meetings and estimate with Ed and Norm and the direct supervision of the project. Honest and Trustworthy

ALL Quality made my wife's "vision" of this project a beautiful reality.

I called All Quality because my two story house had a leak in the ceiling of the first floor living room. The leak could not have been due to a plumbing issue as the bathrooms in the house were all on the complete other side of the house. Therefore I believed the leak was coming from somewhere in the roof and/or from around the window of the bedroom directly above the living room. Other contracting/roofing companies had come out who simply looked at the roof and told us either 1). We needed a completely new roof (e.g. $10K-15K repair) because our current one was 'incorrectly applied' or 2). They would try to remedy the problem (for $300-$500) but it would not be guaranteed as they weren't positive what the issue was.

When Ed and Joe came to my house they looked at the problem area in the living room, looked at the roof from outside and went upstairs to look around the dormer window / roof area directly above where the leak was coming from. Based on what they found Ed told me that he believe the issue was due to the roof of the dormer being incorrectly applied and also the casing around the window not being properly sealed. For the entire job he quoted me $2000 - so not as cheap as the companies who 'assumed' what the problem was, but definitely not as expensive as those who simply quoted me a new roof.

The selling point for me was when I asked Ed, 'So what happens if you do the work and my ceiling still leaks?', he looked me dead in the eye and said 'I'll either give you your money back or find and fix the problem for free, your choice'. He gave me that guarantee in writing and that is all I needed to know these were people I wanted to do business with.

Within a week or two their guys came out and did the work. As of right now (3+ months after the works had been done), we have had some pretty serious Chicago suburb rain storms and I haven't seen one drop of water in my living room or felt one hint of dampness on my ceiling.

You can find numerous companies who will tell you they are 'experts' and know best which means taking the most complete (and expensive) route.. Finding a company though with experience who will tell you 'I am just about positive you only need this work done but I might be wrong and if I am, that's my fault and I'll give you your money back' is an extreme rarity.

I consider myself fortunate to have found the guys at All Quality. As a homeowner, its comforting to know you've found a company who will work not only for you but with you should you need them.

These guys are a complete class-act operation.

Ed, Norm, and Robert did a great job remodeling our basement after a flood earlier this year. We had to dig up the basement foundation to install drain tile, and we hired All Quality to put it all back together, and the repair the flood damage to the walls and insulation. They took care to make sure that everything that they did was done well and the way we wanted it. My wife and I really appreciate all the work that they did, and will use them again for sure.

Poor communication. Came for estimate and kept pushing back communication before ghosting completely.

Ed and his team were a great help in my family's first house purchase. When our inspector identified structural and plumbing issues, we weren't sure where to turn for an evaluation of these concerns. I pursued quotes from many different businesses and Ed was able to provide a fair price which reflected the fact that we didn't own the house yet, and included a credit for future work. We felt safe moving forward with our purchase thanks to his knowledge and are so excited to work with All Quality on making our house a home!

All Quality remodeled my downstairs bathroom. Another great job. Reliable company! They will be starting my kitchen remodel soon. Randy and Ed are the best to work with and go out of their way to make sure the job is done right. Many thanks to Marla who helped with making the right choices with tile and paint.

All Quality is a great company.
Ed and his team listen to all your time and $ concerns. They arrive on time ,and over the days discussed. They prep well ,and do a great job cleaning up. All Q has helped with structural issues, electrical, drywall, and installed a new sink in a bathroom. Its nice when a company wants to go above and beyond to make you happy. I would use them again.

I love Ed and the team! I know it has taken a while to get to the review in but here we go! Several years back my first experience with All Quality was a new roof. Out of all of the contractors that had provided quotes, Ed proved to be honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I hired him and they did great a job! Plus he discovered that there was a recall on my shingles because they were defective! He is also a bonafide professional (cool as a cucumber!) when working with the insurance claims adjusters with their crazy demands and proof of cost justifications for all work needed.
That being said, I could not move forward with my basement rebuild without All Quality. Although the insurance company more or less tried to corner me into another contractor (State Farm approved) with a lower quote, they proved to be super shady and tries to make all clients sign a authorization agreement up front for payment (RECON SOLUTIONS - RUN FAR AWAY and don't sign anything!). They ultimately got fired by me and All Quality came to the rescue and did a fabulous job! My basement is incredible and I constantly get compliments. Now there were a few gotchas and setbacks along the way, but they were handled perfectly and I appreciate the wonderful service and work that All Quality provided. They will always be my first choice contractor for any major work that needs to be done to my home. Ed stands by his work and the customer service and responsiveness provided was unmatched.
