They will only work with owner occupied clients. They " want you to love their windows for years."

On this blisteringly cold day, I cannot state how THRILLED we are to have worked with All-Pro Windows on replacing our windows and sliders. They made a stressful and huge project turn into the best decision we ever made. Julio (Jay) Gomes was incredibly helpful, and these Quantum Kensington products are without compare. The price point was extremely affordable, and we are significantly happier with the performance and look of our windows and doors than our friends who went with the more "well-known" names from the bigger builders and stores. If you need new windows and/or sliders, you need to check out All-Pro Windows. Jim and Jay will treat you like family, and you will never meet a nicer and more professional group than Dave and his team of installers. Thank you to All-Pro!!

At least once a day one of us comments on how much we love the new slider and/or windows. The rep was personable and helpful without pressuring us. The installer was quick, neat and professional. Very satisfied +++.

The salesman, Greg, was knowledgeable and easy to work with and Jim the owner was professional and thorough. Overall I am more than happy with the window replacements in my old farm home. The team did an amazing job carefully taking out and replacing the original windows and I am so impressed with the work. Besides how beautiful the actual windows are, the difference in temperature in the summer for us is the best benefit. The heat mirrored glass blocks that sun completely, don't even need blinds. From start to finish only took a week, and for custom made windows that was a pleasant surprise. I am so pleased with this company I am ready to purchase my next set of windows. Glad I didn't go with a big box store, and it's worth every penny. I highly recommend All Pro Windows. Great job!

Perhaps these people do a fabulous job, I don't know. I am rating them on their constant cold calling of my home using an unknown number. I tell them each time (and did so the first several times quite kindly) that we replaced our windows last year and ask to be taken off of their list. Sometimes they agree, sometimes they just hang up on me. Whoever is in charge of sales needs to take a hard look at the company's methods. Do they really yield customers? I can't imagine that this works. It's maddening, and it's ruining your reputation.

The dad that started the company is great. Caring, good guy. Genuinely wants to help customers and grow the business. The son on the other hand is a controlling manipulative guy (in my opinion). He only works there because his father owns the company otherwise i'm certain he wouldn't be hired to mop the floors. Terrible decision on the dads part and I'm pretty sure he knows it. Though I understand, you want your son to learn/take over the business. But at what cost? Do yourself a favor... let him go and hire the right person. (Just one mans opinion)
