Alfa Sports Car Performance

I don't think Giuseppe has any competition for the title of best Alfa mechanic in the New York area, but even if he does, I will always bring him my car -- even though it takes me an hour to get there. He's fair, hugely knowledgeable, wise, funny, accommodating, and exactly the kind of guy you want looking after your car. How do you say "mensch" in Italian? I wish all mechanics were this honest and good at what they do. And if his accent sometimes makes communication a workout, so much the better. Added bonus: one or two of his pals are usually hanging out, shooting the breeze and kibitzing. Makes me feel like an honorary member of an exclusive club.
