Wess Staggs is the owner of Alabama direct auto and has completely ripped me off by $2000 and refuses to give it back even though he lied and said we had an 'agreement' but the car was in bad condition that he tried to sell me.
They are very unprofessional, i would not advise going here to even look at cars.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Nikole B.Madison, AL041Jun 3, 2015
This place seems like a nice place to do business. But don't be fooled. Wes Staggs is a con man. He owes former employees money and refuses to pay them for the work they have done for him. If he can swindle you out of your money he will. Please do not go here to buy a used car. He will let you buy a car that needs a lot of work and then spend your money on his nice big mansion. The rest of the employees there are nice and friendly and I feel bad for them if they don't know who their boss really is!

Seems like great deals but they take advantage of people that are young or new to car buying!!! Sold my boyfriend and I a car that needed the whole breaking system replaced smh!!! Not even two months old and needing repairs also couldn't find the carfax online but they provided the car fax hmmm seems shady! Just watch your back!!!

I bought car #1 from Wes Staggs in November 2013. This car turned out to be a complete lemon, so I traded it back for car #2. Wes withheld $500 from my trade in, so I would then owe that amount on car #2. I paid Wes the money in two payments before the end of December 2013. I had purchased the Alpha extended warranty for car #1, so i was told that upon trade-in Alabama Direct Auto would have the insurance transferred to car #2. Six months down the road, it comes to my attention that I have been paying $70-$80 monthly for insurance on a car I no longer owned! I pursued both companies, trying to get everything straightened out and to get my money back, but neither company was willing to assist and just kept pointing fingers at each other. After trying for months, I let that issue go. Now, two years after car #2 has been bought and fully paid for, my car stopped starting. I took it to a shop, only to find out that a gps tracking system was never deactivated on my car when I paid it off. Now I have to pay an additional $200 just to be able to drive my car again. Thank you, Alabama Direct Auto. You're literally the worst company I've ever dealt with.
