Nancy B.Kihei, HI04Feb 16, 2020During a cold snap I noticed it was getting colder in my house. The inside temp finally registered at 56 degrees. I called AGL on a Sunday on a holiday weekend. Steven cheerfully arrived in 30 minutes, fixed the problem, and was on his way after presenting me with an extremely reasonable bill. I will use them for any issues with my heating and air!

Shonn did a thorough job quoting a new HVAC installation. He explained the process and offered a reasonably priced quote for a new Trane system. Dave lead a very professional installation team that was friendly, neat and thorough. AGL made a new HVAC installation as painless as possible.

They were patient in explaining all my options, helping me compare units and weigh all my options with "no pressure" sales. They were trying to help me make an informed decision and also offering financing as paying in full was not possible. I ended up with a great Trane unit that cools much much much better than my old cheap unit, it's so much quieter and I'm looking forward to seeing some savings on my energy bill.
I've seen nothing but stellar customer service so far in my short time working with them. I'd recommend them to anyone considering a new AC unit or needing some maintenance.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0

Had my first seasonal check before the really hot weather sets on here. Steven Cantrell from AGL performed the service this morning. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient explaining some issues I had with the thermostat. He was on time and professional in every way. Most of all he was thorough. This confirmed my first impressions of AGL. They were and are the right choice. Thank you Steven for today's service.

Dec 19, 2018Previous reviewVery impressed from start to finish. Ricky was clear and helpful with his bid and process. The crew was careful of my property and totally professional. Then Ricky came back and checked all the work before there was an invoice presented. I was home during the entire install process for a new HVAC system. It was clear that the crew knew their work. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Job was performed when promised and well within the timeframe estimated. Their bid was not the least expensive but their product - Trane - is top of the line and was worth the difference in cost. Recommend highly.
