If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to call and ask general information about acquiring my tags and was told that he already told everything to my husband and I should call him. Hung up on me. Called back and asked his name, hung up on me again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

My daughter-in-law was in a collision about a mile from her house in southern St. Mary's County. Her car was towed to this place more than 20 miles away on a Saturday evening. The charge to pick it up early Monday morning was nearly $800 (3 days storage). This company was closed on Saturday and Sunday so the vehicle couldn't be picked up until Monday. This is taking advantage of a family going through a difficult time and price gouging in the worst way. As a believer, it saddens me to see that they use the cross as part of their logo and treat people in this fashion. And if you are misfortunate enough to be towed here, they only take cash.
Stay far away from this business. At least that is my first impression.

Only leaving a 1 star because leaving 0 stars was not an option. My boyfriend corresponded with the owner, Michael, to ensure this shop was capable of doing some considerable upgrades to a 1997 corvette in memory of his late mother. This project had a lot of sentimental value and some urgency to complete but all shops that we consulted with agreed with our more than reasonable expectation for a completed delivery date. End of March, the car was brought into the shop and work was promised in an estimated turnaround of a month or two and total cost of $11,500. Our first mistake was providing him with that certified check for complete payment. Normally not something we would do, but given the large cross on the building and several references to the Bible, we felt this man of god would only do the right thing. Months later (originally the time frame given for completion), we received the first pics of the car disassembled. Way behind schedule but we were hopeful he would make up for it. We were wrong.... so wrong. Month after month, the excuses poured in... from his daughter who ran the front desk being involved in a head on collision to excuses about the wrong parts being shipped. Each time we tried to remain kind and patient, as this car is a memorial to a very special woman. 7-8 months later, we were still receiving pictures of a car that we pay for each month but haven't been able to even start or drive with a new excuse. Finally, as we started closing in on 1 YEAR of no car completed, our $11,500 CERTIFIED CHECK cashed and gone.... we demanded we take back possession of the car to get it to capable hands. It is as this point, the owner and President of Age to Age, Michael, informs us that the vehicle is nowhere close to completed and they do not have the equipment to complete the job as promised. Here's the best part (yes, that's sarcasm), Michael is demanding an additional payment of $6,834 before picking up a car that will have to be towed because it still not running. We never authorized any additional charges or work and we never even received the promised services. If you do your research (we should've dug deeper), you will see he is not even accredited by the BBB because he has failed to respond to prior complaints. Additionally, there are plenty of similar complaints online. Beware of Age to Age Automotive and Michael's habit of over promising and not delivering.

Giving a rating of 1 is still overrated! Had vehicle towed from house in Hughesville to age to age. The towing bill was expensive based on the distance they had to go (maybe 5 miles). The issue I had was there estimate to fix vehicle was over 1,000 for new fuel pump and I couldn't afford to fix at this time or get a towed back home by age to age as they wanted to charge me over a $100.00 again for towing. I got a friend that was willing to tow it for me but not until night time. Age to Age told me they couldn't leave vehicle out front as it was a liability and they needed to move it so they would leave the keys in the night drop box. I asked if they could just leave the keys under the seat and vehicle unlocked but no also liability they said. They charged me $22.50 to move my vehicle on their lot (after speaking to Mike he agreed to credit this amount to my account for future visit). My son went to get it with our friend last night and no keys. Keys were not in the lock box and the vehicle was locked! I called this morning and was told by Mike that they made an error and left keys in the bed of the truck? How is this not a liability I asked. He told me his employee got confused with another customers keys and this is why it happened. I told him since their error I thought they should tow the vehicle to my house for the $22.50 credit I have with them. He says vehicle could have been towed without keys and basically I guess it's my fault. I told him my husband had his own business for many years and the customer needs to come first but that is not the Philosophy of Age to Age Automotive.
Customer service obviously is not a priority!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I first used them for an inspection of a newly purchased vehicle and it went great. Okay, so another one of my vehicles needed repair. I thought I would use them again since things went smoothly the first time. I was warned by several people but thought it might have just been their situation. WRONG!! Very unprofessional and when they lack the knowledge they can't even admit it and then tell you that you don't know anything. They kept my van for a week and it was me or my husband that had to continue to contact them. They didn't even have the courtesy to keep us informed. Overcharges. Lies. Lacks knowledge and resources. Oh and detains you by withholding your key to your vehicle until he says what he has to say first. Contradiction after contradiction. Bottom line is that he overcharged, replaced items that weren't needed, and magically papers that were previously given to me by him disappeared from my glove box. I will warn everyone of my experience as well as show them proof of my claims. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. How disrespectful to use a cross as a logo when you misrepresent yourself as a reparable, experienced professional. You should be ashamed.

      First to Review

This is the 3rd bike I have taken here, the first 2 without any real problems but I complimented Mr. Fischer on his reasonable price of $45 and shortly after he raised it to $65. I also heard him bragging to the guys in the back about how he gets to ride my high performance sport bike. Last week when I took the 3rd bike in he failed my 1976 motorcycle twice for the most minor item stating "the indicator bulb on the dash for the high beam was not bright enough. The light is dark blue of course it's not as bright as the red oil light. I proceeded to ask him what I should do since the bulb is the correct wattage and has full voltage. He just insisted it needed to be repaired but how can it be repaired if there is nothing wrong. Failing for a high beam indicator bulb is just nit-picking. I just accepted the fact that he stole $65 from me and I proceeded to GRD Cycles and passed without issue and it was only $50. I recommend going somewhere else due to my experience and other reviews.
