      YAHHSS.

As far as urgent care goes this place is the real deal. I am shocked to read some of the negative reviews talking about "sitting here forever" and "short staff". Um, hello, we are in the tail end of a pandemic. What to you expect? How do you expect to be seen quickly when most places now adays are running on a skeleton crew. Most places now only have one provider so what do you want them to do? If something is that serious where you cannot wait you shouldn't be here anyways, hello ER. Take what you can get people, we are all human, have some compassion.

      Blah.

First time here as a walk in yesterday, and I was impressed. Everyone I encountered was extremley kind and friendly, I found the whole process seamless and with how things are with the pandemic, it was easier for me to be seen here then waiting a month for an appointment with my primary. Coming here put my mind at ease on some inner ear vertigo symptoms I've been experiencing getting worse and left with treatment.

The doctor was very friendly and direct while listening to my concerns, I never felt rushed. The place was IMMACULATE. I was in and out within an hour.

      Bravo to the medical team!
I will be back here for any other medical concerns.
      Thank you!

Walking in and the lobby was empty. Three people at the desk were ready to help. There were no delays from when I walked in the door until I got into an exam room.
The staff was helpful, caring, and professional.
I felt like they listened to me, addressed my needs efficiently and effectively. Explanations were thorough and they ensured that I fully understood all aspects of my care.

All areas of the facility were very clean with hand sanitizer available throughout. Masks are required.

No stars for receptionist Nicole. I walked into this clinic in Saugus and very politely inquired about how to proceed to see a doctor. Little did I know I was walking into not just a rude, but a downright hostile environment. This receptionist needs to be fired immediately!
Also there was a medical assistant at the front desk with her who was rude as well (however unfortunately I did not get her name). I will say that the doctor I did see was pleasant and efficient.
Overall I just want to say "Nicole, you are one miserable human being", and I want to forewarn others if she is still at the front desk and has not been fired yet, please be aware of what you will be encountering! Please, please do not let her continue to deal with patients, to do so is very detrimental to the success of your business!

This location has a couple individuals who I believe are discriminating against me illegally. It was not until I discussed a personal matter with them that their behavior changed and they became hostile with me. One woman in particular was extremely disrespectful and just made me incredibly uncomfortable. I just tried calling this location to simply ask for a mistake to be corrected. I have been trying to get a hold of my doctor for The last five business days after seeing a doctor at this urgent care. The doctor that I saw at this location was very friendly. There seems to be a miscommunication with the dose for antibiotics for lyme. I was given a 7-day dose, but I was under the impression that it would be a 10 to 14 day dose, as I have stage 2 symptoms. I have not been on doxycycline since Friday, which means I have already missed a full day of the 10 to 14 day dose that I'm supposed to be on.

The woman over the phone this morning, about 10 minutes ago, was very argumentative and offered zero solutions for me. When I said that their location made a mistake, she repeatedly acted out as if I was attacking her. She hung up on me and has not answered the phone the past several times that I have called. When I was on the phone with her initially, I asked her to escalate the simple request, and she again became very argumentative as if she is having a horrible day. Lyme is nothing to mess around with. I work full-time, two jobs, and I have followed the directions given to me from urgent care in regards to reaching out to my primary care physician. It did not work, as I did not get a call back yet, so I am trying to fix the problem through urgent care. This urgent Care employee with the awful attitude needs to listen to patients, have patience, and not attempt to finish my sentences as if I am going to say something bad. I mentioned, after repeatedly trying to troubleshoot, that I am ready to file some sort of complaint against this individual based on her inappropriate behavior, "unless you escalate this to someone who can make medical decisions," but she finished my sentence with her own words of "unless I do what you want." This is not normal at all.

This employee should absolutely not be in customer care, and she should not be making medical decisions for any patient of urgent care. With such a potentially serious matter at hand, I am appalled. I will be stopping by this location.

UPDATE: I just called back. It is very clear that this location does not wish to help me based on social prejudices. The person I just spoke with also refused to escalate the request for this simple issue to be corrected. I expressed to her the potential dangers of not taking the proper doses, but she just said it is not their problem and that I can just go in to be seen again by a different doctor. I expressed that this is also not my fault and that I had already been seen, and that I am just simply trying to clear up a mistake done on their end. I advised her that I need to work, and she began laughing at me as if I should just not go to work and essentially lose finances over their mistake. I told her that if something happens with my health over this, they would be liable if there is actually a mistake that was made. She laughed and said it is not true and that it is my problem. I told her that it seems like she just has a bad taste in her mouth about me based on the way the first person on the phone was acting towards me. I'm extremely upset and I honestly just give up. Do not go here, do not give this business any of your time, energy, or money. I recommend going somewhere where you can be treated with respect and basic human decency.

I've been here four times this month. The waits are long but the test comes back while you wait for the results about 10-20 minutes. The waits before that can be 1-3 hours depending on how many people. I usually just check in and go to Target for an hour. They call when your time is up and will give you an estimate if you ask. The receptionists can be cold but you can tell the pandemic is weighing on them it's busy non stop. Never been rude but they're not overly nice either. The nurses are very nice and the doctor is great. I'd recommend going here as long as you have the time to wait.

I am 70+ years old and have never written a negative review in my life until today. The younger woman at the front desk was both rude and insensitive while the older woman was both informative and professional. I can't believe I am the only pet complaining about this person. In any event I will not be going back to this location in the future

If you need to do your dot physical, don't go there because they don't know what they are doing. Both girls are rude and they don't take time to listen. They messed up my physical and they want me to pay twice.
