Horrible place to have your dog groomed! I've tried numerous times to get my furbaby groomed here with awful result. This last groom has my dog traumatiz. AVOID THIS PLACE!

My fur baby never looks polished or finished when I pick her up. i usually end up having to clean her fur up when I bring her home. The groomer also did not clean up her hair around her mouth, I had to once we got home. Petsmart in Florida was fantasti, this venue is not. For $70 I expect precision and a finished look. Doesn't happen at this store.

I had booked an appointment for my Poodle puppy. When I arrived it took over 10 minutes for the groomer to come out to speak to me. She had a dog on the grooming table & she looked bored while shaving the dog. She did not talk to the dog. When she finally came out she asked, "what do you want?" Very rude. She couldn't find my appointment. Then she says that since we were late that the appointment would have to be changed. That was after she said that the other groomer who my appointment was with was not there anyway. I told her that since she was not done with her current client that it didn't make any difference as to what time we arrived & that we had been standing there for over 10 minutes. I had even called them that day to confirm the appointment. I am happy, though, that it worked out the way it did because there is no way that I would trust them after some of the things that I observed. I told her that I would take my dog to Crazy Bones & she could have cared less. One thing is that when she started to come speak to me, she started to leave the dog she was grooming on the table. She stopped & got an expession on her face that showed that she knew that she almost made a big mistake. Then she turned around & got the dog down. Crazy Bones is fantastic! The cashiers at Petsmart are great but the management of that store is really lacking. That was obvious from email correspondence that I had with her.
