      I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and these folks instantly made me feel at home. I highly recommend them! Dr. Panos was phenomenal and treated me like a friend.

      I would never recommend this place unless you want someone to switch times and dates of your appointments without telling you. I just got back from my 4th consecutive appointment and they messed up days. I book an appointment with the girl at the desk for my son she tells me date and time and I put it in my calendar on my phone and I even showed girl and repeated it. Today I go to my scheduled appointment and they say it's for Thursday not today. This is after them messing up my daughters time. Three weeks earlier I go in for my daughters appointment that was scheduled for 4:45, we walked in right at 4:45 do to traffic. The lady at desk tells me I need to reschedule because we missed our appointment that was scheduled at 4:15. I said oh no we are not rescheduling anything because they sent out reminders that said 4:45. I even show them reminders that the texted me and they still make me feel like it's my fault. I will be asking around for recommendations because I will not be giving them my business again.

      I have to say I have never been a fan of the dentist office. Well I'm doing a 180 here. I now look forward to my dentist appointments. It starts with the simple opening of their front door. The girls up front are wonderful, kind and just you can tell "good people". I always am chatting up before I leave and it feels like I have been friends for years with the staff. I only go twice a year for cleanings or maybe for a dental emergencies here and there, but never have I never been let down. Also service is great and never a long wait. The whole staff is kind, by the way, these previous reviews must be old or they were simply "not nice" people or in a bad mood. I just don't get it. Definitely go there! Tori is awesome, the dentists, the staff, NO complaints at all!!!!

      I had a bad first time experience at Advanced Dental. I went in there with an abscessed tooth. After taking full set of x-rays, the dentist (whose picture is posted but not his name) went on to tell me I had an infection in two of my bottom teeth. He said they both needed to be extracted. I further questioned what would be done post extraction. I wanted a bridge but he insisted that I would need to have two implants put in.At that time I told him that I needed a second opinion. I got up to check out at the front desk and was told there was a $10 fee and I asked what it was for I was told that it was for a Covid screening. I never got a covid test I never had my temperature taken they never ask me any questions, if I had been in or out of the country in the last 30 days yet they had the nerve to charge me $10 for a fee. The very next day I called Grand dental in Lockport and had a wonderful experience there. T he building was very clean very updated all of their instruments in there were meticulously clean the help was friendly and knew what they were talking about and I would highly recommend for anybody to go to Grand dental in Lockport and to stay away from Advanced dental in Lockport because they seem like they're low class company.

      This dental office was absolutely amazing they took care of my 5 & 7 year old very well. I am very happy with the staff there.They are extremely kind and I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for one.

      The office staff is rude, lacks basic customer service skills. I enjoy a few of the dental assistants in the back and the orthodontist isn't too bad either. I honestly dread having to come in and see these office ladies as does my child. Its a shame. I will not recommend this office to anyone. Unfortunately I have to deal with them regularly due to ortho work.

      First time visit here, had to switch to this dentist due to an insurance change. I've had regular biannual dental care for over 30 years. No issues, always routine cleanings and x-rays every 2 years. Front desk staff proficient and friendly. Hygienist did a good job. They use an ultrasonic cleaner, which I thought was a bit of overkill for a routine cleaning,but aside from a lot of water not unbearable. I started to wonder about their practices when she asked if I would be buying a whitening kit today. My teeth are already white, they did not need whitening. The hygienist remarked that my teeth and gums looked very good. They wanted to take x-rays, they do so yearly, and I was fine with that since the insurance covered it. No dental problems noted. Next came the dentists exam. Dr. Bassi looked over my teeth and stated that because I have a small area of root exposure I would need this filled, along with 3 other spots, and these bonded fillings would likely fall out because I wear a bruxism guard so ultimately I'd need 3 crowns, possibly 4. My previous dentist had told me these areas were fine, as long as they were not bothering me there was no need to do more. They've been this way for over 10 years. No problems. The hygienist was unconcerned about them. They tried to arrange to determine my co-pay and schedule the procedure. I declined. I really came away feeling they are trying to sell procedures not really needed. I won't be going back. I will be contacting my insurance company to change my provider. I felt like this was a case of selling unneeded procedures to make money.

      First to Review

      The office staff at this location are horrendous.
      There was no courtesy call or email to remind me of my appt (fine).
      Then, I get to my appt for a routine cleaning, and they tell me the hygienist is out sick and since they are overbooked the dentist may not have time to clean my teeth. I wait 40 minutes to even get in the chair. Then they do my x-rays, the dentist inspects my teeth, and I'm shuffled out to make an appt for 2 fillings and my cleaning. The receptionist schedules me for a month out (fine, I guess) and I leave.
      I would have just wrote that off as a bad day, but then I called back the office to try to reschedule, and the office assistant was a nightmare. She was rude, lacking even basic customer service, and couldn't figure out how to schedule me for a new appt for both the cleaning and fillings.
      If I wasn't on a dental HMO, I'd never got back.
      Oh, and did I mention, the same place that couldn't seem to send an appt reminder.. sent me an email the next day to review the experience?

      Since I already go to the dentist at this office, I went to see the Orthodondist at this office out of convenience. The Orthodontist, Xin Wang, was the loudest, rudest doctor I have ever been to. She first had the receptionist come out into the reception area to discuss my situation with me in front of many other patients, then when I asked if I could speak with the orthodontist directly to ensure I understood the situation, the doctor talked to me very loudly and very rudely, making me feel very uncomfortable. When I left it was very clear that everyone in the waiting area had heard the entire conversation; very embarassing and totally inappropriate. I have had good experiences at this dentist but please don't even consider going to see this orthodontist.

      I had an awful experience. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone and I am in the process of finding another dentist. I went in as a new patient and they didn't even see me. The dentist was with me for such a little amount of time I didn't even catch his name. I had a 4pm appointment (which I took off work for) and I wasn't "seen" by the dentist until almost 5pm at which time he looked at my mouth for 2 seconds and moved on to the next patient. I was then told that I would have to reschedule to have any work done on my mouth! What was my appointment for? I didn't have any help/work done! The staff was also very unfriendly, especially the receptionist who stated that this wasn't her fault and that she didn't schedule my appointment so she doesn't know what happened. Overall, the office is very unprofessional and really could care less about patient...they only care about the money. I walked out and will NEVER return to the Lockport office.
