Definitely a 'No'. They promised repair of my laptop within a month. Well past a month, they said the part was coming from Portugal (? !?!). After much more delay they said they had ordered it from China.
I finally got it back after six months, but it did not work right. On my return, they declared my laptop had a virus. Then they charged me an extra $100 to 'remove the virus.'
The computer never worked well and I had to replace it. No more business from me.

Walked in with an issue and walked out highly satisfied!! Very prompt, thorough and responsible! Definitely found my go to for computer issues and repair. Recommend 100 percent!

This place is honestly the best phone fixer I've ever come across. The staff is great, the know what's going on and their fixing is beyond reasonable pricing. If you are looking for reasonable pricing, good deals, and great people this is the place! Used to drive around them for the last twenty years, but glad I did today.

EPO Computer has died in January in 2022. Advanced Computers EST in 1994 and EPO Computers long I have known since 1998 and my first computer from EPO Computers. I was looking for a flatbed scanner for my photographs. The own of Advanced Computers said that he have one an Epson WorkForce ES-50 Portable Document Scanner that they did not have a picture of it. It was not a flatbed scanner for $199. It was on sale on the Epson website for $99. I understand that they need to make a profit. I said no to the sale and then Advanced Computers said I can find you a scanner for the same price $199. I had rejected the offer and then the Advanced Computers owner dismissed me by waved his hand. Then I have left the store. I have known the EPO owner as an aqueous from high school and the EPO land MN ark now it is retention pond. Best wishes for Sontos.

Friendly and helpful staff! I had lost all the data on my phone. They took the time to listen to my concerns and referred me to an advanced data recovery center without charging me a penny.

Dropped my laptop and my hard drive broke! I thought I lost all my important school files. They helped me get a new hard drive and transferred all my files for me. What a relief!!
I've learned my lesson and now have a flash drive lol.

This place is highly not recommended for any service. They rip off their customers with huge amounts of extra charges without any reason. My laptop's hinge needed to be fixed and $300 was finalized by the guy named Sam. I paid half the price including $15 as tax before my work even started, and in the end, they were charging me $175 including a 20% discount. My question is that is a 20% discount of $138, is $175? I was supposed to pay the rest $110. The owner misbehaved with me in regards to the remaining price over the phone. He was so rude , impolite, and informal. I would never go to this place ever again in my life again. MY HUMBLE REQUEST; PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN. THEY WOULD RIP U OFF IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY.

DO NOT TRUST these people they will do work on your laptop illegally and will not get away with it this time. UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST

They caused so much damage and who knows what personal information they stole of my laptop.

The sound was working perfectly before I brought it in. When I got the machine the sound was turned up to the highest level of volume and the sound is distorted. They never installed the sound drivers and never connected the speakers properly when they opened the laptop to repair the power port.

They only had to repair the power port and never had any permission to update any programs or go into my registry.

Then they said they did nothing - well you people can't even hide your lies you created 3 log files on my laptop with evidence and the evidence shows in the program files the time and date you accessed my information.

They will also claim to call the police because i am harassing them by demanding to know what they did on my laptop and why they did it without my permission. More lies they never called the police!!!

They damaged my property and accessed my property illegally. All my work programs have been logged out on the internet. my entire work system has to be set up from scratch.

The problem with the power port is still not resolved!!!

They will not get away with this.

Advanced Computers has serviced 3 of my computers the last
couple of years. Each had severe issues. I am very happy with
their service. I have built and repaired many of my own computers.
This shop provides excellent service. It often takes many hours to
diagnose and repair a PC. These type shops can never charge for
the full time they spend on fixing a computer. This is the best
shop I have encountered in 20 years of PC use and repair. They saved me
$300 under the replacement cost my out of warranty 2011 Dell Inspiron 17" laptop. Repairs can get expensive, but I'm happy. My money doesn't grow
on trees in my back yard! Houston , Texas

I was having problems with my laptop connecting very slow and finally locking up. I brought it in to be repaired and was very happy with the results. The drive was replaced, data was saved and now I have much faster response. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful in calling me to inform me of the progress and I was able to pick it the next day. Thank you for your quick repair.
