I buy a lot of stuff from AAP. I went in with a big list and 4 gallons of use oil. They said the oil container was full I said no problem I dont need the containers back but the manager said they can't dump them.. its a free service so we can't be bother with your containers. So my business went elsewhere. Obviously the manager is not an owner.

I called this afternoon and spoke to Miguel the service technician. I needed a brand new battery and he told me that he had it in stock and that he would install it for me. How wonderful and a great load off of my mind. So when I got to the store Miguel he went to lunch with a young lady behind the register took care of me and a man came out and put the battery in for me, very quickly no problem. I bought it and it was installed in less than 10 minutes. Needless to say I'm very very happy with this location. And the service that I received.

For three times in the past year, two times I bought automotive oil and one time coolant and they all came with open seals and old oil on it.
Never had such experience anywhere else.
This last time, a woman self-described as 'assistant manager' (named Janal) made it sure to give me the worst customer service possible, keeping it very clear that she had absolutely no interest in my case.

Customer service is lacking, made an online order last night, received processing email and text from bank that charge was processed. At store now to pickup and 3 employees are unable to find order.
Was advised to call bank that order was never available for pickup. Also advised that the store never charges the card until order is picked up at register.
I called Advanced Auto customer service line, tried to leave message and message box was full.

Every single employee in this location greeted us with a smile and hello. The store was clean and well stocked. Rambo took care of us. He helped find the car battery we needed and even helped educate me on the actual meanings of some of the units of measurements on it (another knowledgeable employee with a pony tail also chimed in, but I didn't catch his name). As a female purchasing car parts sometimes you get that feeling they are trying to pull one over on you, this was soooooo not the case here, and as a matter of fact I would drive far out of my way to come to this location again for car parts. Great job!

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Bill, the man I will now use as my go to advance auto anything question guy. The gentleman was knowledgeable courteous, listened to my situation and within seconds was able to provide multiple products of various brands based on his experience. After taking care of me at the register and making sure to say goodbye to me using my name I promptly went home and used the products he suggested. I have never seen my vehicle look and smell so clean. I've had really bad experiences before at other stores across the country and this single 5-minute visit has changed my complete perspective on this company. My business will always be with Bill or men and women of equal quality. Thank you Bill for providing exceptional customer service, knowledge of quality products, and the patience to help me with my situation.

Do yourself a favor and go to a junkyard before you make the choice to walk into this Advance location. From having to battle for attention from the staff as they text and or chat on their cell phones to the rude almost condescending level of customer service once their attention has been provided... I'm not sure the kid I spoke to had even bathed...this place is awful !!
I stopped by with a "NEED" to buy an item for my vehicle. Easy money for a business. After maybe 5 - 10 minutes of Terrible service and an Awful overall experience I made the choice to leave and take my business and money down the street. A smart choice. Only miles down the road....service that FAR exceeded this place and even a better price for the same part....Installed for no charge and a discount card to reward the customers that return.

I had a good experience. They were helpful, quick and even replaced my broken bulb for me. Unlike my usual experiences with any auto service centers.
