I usually don't write these type of reviews but when you walk into a establishment of any type and the associates don't acknowledge you when you enter, not stop their conversation to see if you need assistance while you are looking for something in each aisle...well. Needless to say I didn't interrupt them. Customer service goes a long way. I did not find what I was looking for and their conversation was way more important than taking care of a customer. Hoping Auto Zone across the street have better customer service.

0 stars really! We called this store to inquire about a part and the lady who picked up the phone literally said "oh y'all ain't getting anything from me today" - what kind of nonsense?! I mean, wow. Went straight to o'reillys.
