The Ease Of Ordering Online. Even When The Part Wasn't Available Online The Sales Rep Was Very Polite And Very Helpful. She Contact The Store And Had Them To Place The Order For Me. Whenever I Order Online I Always Save Money.

General Manager Chase and Anthony saved me $200 on a battery diagnostic and problem solution. These guys gave me the best customer service by solving a problem that even two dealerships couldn't handle. Great job Advance by having knowledgeable, helpful, customer-oriented staff. I purchased an air filter and cabin filter for my car online around 11:30 in the morning. I went in to pickup my order at 4:30pm and it wasn't ready. Nobody pulled the order. There was a box on the counter, but it wasn't mine. An employee found an air filter, but did not find the cabin filter. The store website showed it was in stock, but the employee could not find it. I had him cancel the order for the cabin filter and I took the air filter. What should have been a few minutes in the store turned into 20. I ended up purchasing the cabin filter from O'Reilly and it was cheaper. What really aggravated me was there was another employee sitting down doing nothing.
