Online said they install the battery. Apparently Edgar is on the lazy side. Said they wouldn't install. Told me pieces couldn't be removed and it was under metal and the whole plastic hood surround had to be removed. The piece that couldn't be moved came off in less time than he spent looking. A quick how to change the battery in my car search showed they didn't have to reboot anything but the battery cables and battery holder. The young lady working under him was just as anxious to get rid of me rather than put an ounce of effort into seeing what it took to replace. But if your looking for excuses not to do something, I'm sure Edgar will be a ton of help with this need.

Went in to get a light bulb for my car. Damon C. found it quickly, wasted no time ringing it up without even asking if I needed help finding anything else. When asked if there was a chance of getting it put in I'm pretty sure he rolled his eyes and told me "we're not allowed to do that". The way it was said makes me wonder if he just didn't feel like doing that.

I'll be taking my auto parts shopping back to O'reillys.

Husband went to get brake parts for Ford F-150. He double checked with clerk 'are you sure this is the correct part?' YES Husband gets home, tears truck apart, WRONG PARTS..rear brake shoes, rotors and kit all WRONG! Husband home stranded, can't put truck back together, it's a hot 100 degrees out everyone at work. After wasting 1/2 day he finally finds someone who can take him back to store...gets there only to find out they gave him brakes for a different vehicle AND were out of kits for F150 and couldn't find one at any other store! No apology...nothing..just a shrug. Funny thing, this is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last! No customer service here! P.S. Called Autozone, had the parts in 30 minutes. Boom! Done!
