Horrible service. No one there but one guy who was extremely slow and did not care. Lots of customers. Left and put all my stuff down and spent $65 at autozone.

I have had two awful encounters with the same person here. His name begins with G I want to say it's Glen I believe. Extremely rude, got there 8 minutes after placing an online order and was basically told I need to "wait" the 30 minute turn around time. And best part is there was ONE customer in the store. And the other employee was helping that customer. On top of that, my boyfriend thought that was nonsense and walked away, ended up pulling the item on the floor in under a minute as I was still talking to this employee. And Glen didn't seem impressed that I no longer had to wait this "30 minutes." It was ultimately
Pure laziness and I was mind blown by the non customer service I witnessed. Take my advice and Go to Manchester Advanced, SO much friendlier!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amelia B.Brentwood, NH0133Jun 1, 2017
Never before did I think I'd be judged so unprofessionally by an auto parts store. I came in to buy oil and knew exactly what I needed and needed to be in and out in a timely manner because I had my dog with me. The cashier, Glen P, slowly tried to get me to enroll in their rewards program. I told that that I was sorry and I wasn't interested because I needed to get back to my dog in the car. He then told me I shouldn't do that because he had heard of bad things happening to dogs left in cars. Glen, I obviously know dogs should not be in cars alone, which is why I said I wanted to be in and out quickly, stop wasting my time by judging me. I then asked if I could bring her in, and he said no. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Employees KNOW NOTHING. Sucks being a mechanic buy parts and knowing more than the counter guy. Plus the parts quality isn't that great.

This is a really great auto parts store, with a huge selection and great prices as well.
They always seem to have what I need on hand, and will even install things like wiper blades and other small items. Highly recommend!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Carl L.Hooksett, NH04May 30, 2014
Bad customer service. This could be a isolated experience, but I was having trouble with my jeep turning over after buying a oil change kit. Bad alternator. Anyway, I ask the guy for a jump, says he can't because he is at work. It's not like I'm asking to use their cables or anything, I just needed a car. Fine whatever. I'll ask someone else. I go outside, this nice lady walking out of the gym allowed me to use her car. The employee from advance auto parts comes outside to take a smoke break no more than five minutes after asking him for help. I thought you had to work pal? Then the dude's commenting on my jeep after the jeep failed to turn over: "sounds like it's the starter". No, just a bad connection on the battery, I re-positioned the cables on the lady's battery, tried the jeep again and it fired right up. Auto zone is right around the corner. I go there now.
