When I ordered my windshield wipers the employees could not have been more helpful. But when I came to pick them up, there were children (probably under 18) running the front desk. They had no manners, no smiles, did not acknowledge me at all. And then they were actually rude.
My husband said this is what he experiences when he's in an auto parts store. But this was a horrible experience for me.

I wish I could rate this review zero stars.
I bought a vacuum pump for my truck which was already a return already but I didn't care about it (the box and the envelope was damaged)... when I realized that the issue with my truck was another than the pump I took it back, exactly the way I got it, the pump was just plug and unplugged it (around 1 minute).
When I tried to return it one of the workers (Jason) was very disrespectful and rude because I told him that I plug/unplugged it.

Went in to get a air filter, should be easy.
No book to look up correct part number was available.
Went to the counter to ask, with three clerks standing there nobody even acknowledge I was there.
I waited for one to get off phone and when he did he just picked up another line and the other clerk started stocking shelfs.
Walked out and went to Bi mart got a filter that was even on sale.

I needed a couple simple things. 2 wiper blades and a set of headlamp bulbs.
I went to their website where they offered a deal if I ordered online and picked up the order in store. Fair enough I thought.
I placed the order and it stated the order would be ready in 30 minutes.
I waited about 2.5 hours and went to pick them up.
They didn't have a clue I had placed the order and had to look to find my order.
They started gathering my parts. It was a small store so I figured it would just be 2-4 minutes to grab parts, but 13 minutes later they set everything on the counter.
He was about to charge me but I said I had paid online.
I showed him my invoice and he was satisfied.
Then I looked at my parts.
the bulb was a single bulb, not the 2 pack ordered.
one of the wipers was the wrong length.
It took nearly 10 more minutes and talking to 3 employees to get the right parts.
What I thought would be a 1-2 minute pickup turned into around a 25 minute stop to get 3 little parts.
That aside, the price was fine, especially after the coupon for ordering online and the parts worked well giving them a second star, but the service was embarrassingly poor.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
