My truck's battery was going out. Esteban went over my choices of batteries and recommendations. Installed new battery and remove old one. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Called the Advance Auto Parts in Deer Park this morning getting part numbers and availability, stopped in and this young kid no name on his shirt act like he didn't want to be there. Ask for help with a part and pointed to an aisle asked him if he would help says too many choices to choose from? Asked him so your not going to help? He rolled his eyes and walked back to the counter. Poor service today, not sure what the kid was doing working in a place that deals with customer service? Very disappointed.

How embarrassing is this place. The people working here know nothing about cars or trucks. If you have a question about a vehicle call your daddy because even with a computer in front of their face they are clueless.
