Adora Luxury Townhomes by FPI

Best place to live in Roseville,
Amanda and Jeff go above and beyond to make sure of it. I've never seen cleaner townhomes and our amenities are always clean and available.1000 mb internet for an amazing price. I've lived here for 2 years and have had zero problems with any staff or residents in adora literal heaven on Earth!

I have to let everyone know about our wonderful experience at Adora Luxury Townhomes! We absolutely love it here!! The apartments are beautiful inside and out! It is very spacious and i never hear my neighbors! Adora is the perfect location as there are restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores, casinos, dentist and doctor offices within less than 15 minutes away!! Amanda, the Manager has been there for us from day one! She is patient, funny, sweet and knows everyone and their pets by name!! Jeff in maintenance is sooo helpful and nice. We feel very safe here and loved coming home! The ONLY reason we are leaving is because we are moving back east. I will miss Amanda and her team soo much! They made us feel like family! So please come take a look at these gorgeous apartments!! You will be glad you did!!!

To preface this, I just want to make it clear that I have never lived here.

But I thought about applying and scheduled an apppintment with Amanda to go see a 1bd/1ba unit. When I got there, no one was at the leasing office. After like 10 minutes of waiting, this girl came out and said that there is nothing on their calendar. In fact, they don't even have any units to show for tours.

Okay well, that would have been great to know before the 45 minute drive out there. Also, I had received like two emails from Adora reminding me about the appointment in the days leading up to it. So... wtf?

At least the girl working there was nice. Amanda is sketchy though, she emailed me after and said, "I'm so sorry to hear that we did not have a 1 bedroom home available for you to view this past weekend!"

Ummmm, you should be sorry that you messed up and scheduled us on a bad day. What a terrible apology.

So 1 star for the decent, clean-looking exterior of the townhomes + 1 star for nice leasing office girl. Bad Amanda.

I recently moved from Adora to be closer to work but I absolutely loved living there. Amanda, the Community Director, does a fantastic job of managing Adora. She takes a lot of pride in her job and it really shows. Cassidy is so great too. She is always happy to help out residents. The townhomes are so well maintained. It really feels like a home, not an apartment. I highly recommend Adora for anyone looking for a beautiful high end apartment home!

Moved here 2 week's ago, waiting for house to be built in Lincoln, found Adora townhouses for rent.The townhomes are well taken of, very quiet never hear any loud noises. Two car garages, Located close to everything you need within 3 miles. The staff is very efficient, and friendly doggie area's for play time with pups.

This is one of the best places in town! The management team are always working hard- especially during this pandemic- and going out of their way to give the best service they can. One night I even saw both of them working on the front gate late at night to make sure we had our gated community safe. I love my home and I have had nothing but positive experiences with both Amanda (property manager) and Jeff (maintenance guy) and I can't imagine what they have to deal with based on some of these mean reviews. I appreciate you both!

I applied for these townhouses and gave them a "refundable deposit." Their approval process was such a hassle that I changed my mind within 24 hours. My deposit was supposed to be refunded, but after almost 2 weeks and several requests to the leasing agent for a refund and I still don't have my money back!

Edit: The lies and snaky tone of the response from the manager on a couple different reviews tells me that the good lord was looking out for me & my family! We dodged a bullet by not moving there!!! :).

We moved out of Adora this week. It is sad to say goodbyes to the Staff.
The grounds are well groomed, the pool is wonderful salt water!
Amanda, Marisol and Nick took great care of us if anything needed attention.
Our move in was flawlessly and our move out was too. Thank you again!

The team at Adora were so helpful and informative when I came to tour the property! I love the community and the cherry on top is that they are pet friendly. My favorite part about the home that I toured was the full size washer and dryer, and the spacious bathroom and closet. Such a cozy home. Adora has the most adorable homes and amazing staff.

My spouse and I moved in a few months ago and we have had nothing but great experiences thus far. We recommend Amanda in the main office, she is professional and she always goes above and beyond the task at hand! We appreciate her efforts and would recommend our friends who are renting to meet with her!
