I went there during the worst time in my life I went to order a rose to place in my husbands coffin. It wasn't the usual color of roses it was a purple rose and one that isn't dyed purple.The ladies were very helpful. The day I picked it up it was beautifully arranged with babysbreaths. They were so kind and thoughtful

My worst experience with a florist!! My sister in law didn't get the flowers until 3 weeks after her birthday! Because the person who took the order didn't get all the information right. And the delivery person didn't go to the end of the road!!

Received flowers for my birthday from here. They are so beautiful, that I can't stop looking at them, and my house smells delicious! I may have to start sending flowers to myself. I would post a pic, but it wouldn't do them justice.

I wouldn't even give them ONE star! Tomorrow is Mother's Day and I ordered flowers for my Mom on Sunday, May 3rd to be delivered for Friday, May 8th. I called Mom Friday evening and it turns out that Mom didn't get her flowers. Now, I ordered through Teleflora, but I knew they were using Dick Adgate for her flowers, so Mom offered to call Dick Adgate. My Mom called and was told, "Your flowers are on the delivery truck and you'll get them today." She was also told that the delivery was set for today, May 9th, which wasn't the case. I decided to call them myself and was told the exact same thing by Carolyn..."She'll be getting her flowers today." I advised of the incorrect delivery date and asked for an explanation why. That prompted Carolyn to actually do her job (i.e. relay correct information rather than giving a blanket answer to get me off the phone) and it turns out that they actually refused the order! It was Teleflora's fault, but both my mother and I were told by Dick Adgate that her flowers would be delivered to her today. I asked Carolyn to call my mother and explain this to her (again, actual customer service) and she refused! My husband and I had to call my Mom and explain to her why she and I were both given incorrect information by Dick Adgate Florists...As stated earlier in my review, they don't even deserve ONE star. I'm beyond disappointed and very upset by the horrible customer service.
