ABC 199 Cleaner

THESE PEOPLE HAVE GOTTEN REALLY GREEDY!! They're baiting and switching. Every piece is suppose to be $2.25 per piece if you prepay. (with the exception of special items like leather or coats etc) I brought 19 pieces into this place in June 2017. Some shorts, some golf shirts, jeans etc. They literally found a reason to upcharge me on every single piece. Said some pieces were heavy and cost more? Since when are shorts or golf shirts heavy? Since when is a mens button down dress shirt heavy? A bill that should have been $42.00 turned out to cost me almost $60. I will never go back again because they're not honest enough for me.

UPDATE: Didn't I tell this man 3 times(only because he kept asking me)"DON'T PUT ANY CREASES IN ANY OF THE PANTS" Didn't this greedy old man crease every pair of pants that he overcharged me for! My husbands Polo shorts and True Religion jeans look straight out of 1980???!!! My husband actually asked me to iron out the damn creases. My daughter told me he recently tried to upcharge her for a sweater too? Really? Wtf!! NEVER AGAIN! Nothing better then reporting bad businesses to the BBB as well as the Consumer Affairs Commission.

I've never had a worse experience with a business before. First of all, when I went to drop off my clothes, their card machine ran out of paper and the lady working there was too incompetent to figure out how to change the paper on her own machine. So then I paid in cash (which was stated on my receipt) and when I came to pick it up, the guy working there said I didn't pay because my card was declined (thanks to their own incompetency). I argued with the guy for like 20 minutes repeating that I paid in cash and that it was stated on my receipt. He refused to call his wife and he wouldn't give me my clothes back. I've really honestly never met anyone that idiotic. Second of all, they charged me 8 dollars for a coat, not the ~$2 they advertise. Really disgusting business who is not even on the BBB registry. I will be adding them and complaining.

I would give them no stars if I could. Horrible! Do not use them or you may not get your stuff back. Woman seems sweet when you walk in but not once but twice have they "misplaced" my items. First time I had to leave and they found it. This time they couldn't fine either of my two items and the old man had the nerve to give me attitude about it! I put name brand things/expensive items in the cleaners and I expect to get them back CLEAN! I'm warning you DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!! I am still waiting for a pair of pants and when I asked for my money back, he flat out said "NO". Can't speak much english well but that word was very clear. SMH. I wonder if I can call the news to report this.
