After purchasing 4 to 5 different pieces and having them create custom pieces for me, I will no longer return after trying to get an item repaired after the center diamond fell out. I was always told that they would warrantee their product but they will not and all they could tell me was, it's a rough economy. I would not recommend them and will tell this to everyone I know.

We initially bought my engagement ring in December of 2020. I liked it in store, but once the moissanite was set, the ring looked really different. The stone sat way higher than I liked, and it felt disjointed from the setting itself. While a beautiful ring, I knew it wasn't for me. But by that point, I felt stuck with it. I knew they wouldn't take moissanite back, and I felt scared to ask about my options for selling it back or exchanging it because I did not want to offend them or my fiancé. I felt embarrassed for choosing a ring that I didn't love. But finally, come April of 2021, i decided I had to just ask to see what my options are. I es SO relieved by my experience that followed. The owner (I cannot remember her name, Lisa I think) and Michael we so kind to me, and assured me that I deserve to love this ring and want to wear it every day if my life. They did something for me they don't normally do-- they told me they would let me exchange the ring that I had owned for almost 6 months for a new ring. Michael talked me through diamond quality and prices, helped me understand shapes and sizes, and told me to find a design I loved for him to make. I sent him one from another online jeweler a few days later that I really liked. He said it would take up to 14 days. I told him unfortunately we were in a time crunch since I was moving at the end of April, and hoped to have the ring by then. He promised to do his best but would not sacrifice the integrity of the ring to get it done. I appreciated this, and the ring was done on time because he prioritized it ! Such great service. The whole process was so incredible. I'm obsessed with my new ring and cannot believe the skill Michael has to create.

We inherited a large amount of fine and costume jewelry. We needed direction and ideas on how to handle this amount of jewelry. We turned to Mike who was amazing and patient with us. He helped us figure out which pieces to get a certified appraisal for and which pieces were not as valuable.
He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Rude. I called to inquire about a watch that is in high demand to see if I could preorder or when they thought they would be available. He said he can get them now and in excitement I said "Really! Can you get them at a regular price?" Then he barked rudely at me "NO! CAN YOU?" I said jeez you don't need to be rude about it and he said "good luck buddy".
Well, thanks for wishing me luck because the next place I called was actually helpful. It's going to be several months wait, which I expected, but I was able to get help and at a reasonable price less 5 minutes later.
You're not the only game in town, you aren't even a certified dealer and in today's internet economy we have thousands of other reputable watch dealers to go to, so we don't have to put up with rude people.

Salespeople were rude and spoke down to us. We were coming from walking in the park so we were in sweats. They tried to sell me a Breitling that was used for the same price I can get it online.
