I had my car break down, friend had AAA so we took it to this garage. They diagnosed it the next day, no problem. I called around to compare offers and the gentlemen I talked with at this garage took such good care of me, and even tried to match my best quote and gave me a generous turnover time for the repair. I did not use them for the repair itself for other reasons, but not at all because of the service I received. I dealt with two gentlemen who were both wonderful, and very kind and understanding when I decided to go with another garage. I'm sure the work would have been great.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Chris Sewell the regional manager does not want to accept responsibility for what they did to my truck. I guess its on to the better business bureau. I asked him three times for his liability phone number for messing up my truck and he avoided giving it me. When they give you an 800# they transfer you to a disconnected number so you get the run around. Why do they need to give you the run around if they are honest about what they do! After I am done with the BBB I will move forward to an attorney it is about principle to me! Call, Apologize and Fix whats broken that simple!

What a breath of fresh air!!! The team at AAA on Woodruff/ Tanner Road is passionate about getting your car back on the road and professional in dealing with their customers. So far they are batting 2 for 2 with my household. Easy to schedule an appointment that suits our busy life, rapid and accurate diagnosis and repair of my vehicle's issues, reasonable cost for quality service, and pleasant and engaging customer service help me understand why both my brother's family and my parents strongly recommended this location. Keep up the good work!!!!

Been a member for nine years - we had a tire blowout on I-85 this week and it took AAA 3.5 hours to show up and a total of 5.5 hours before we were at a tire shop getting our new tire. Horrible service - waste of money.

Took my car in for a 130,000 checkup and was told my a/c was low. They put in a whole new unit and now the car is nice and cold. Great place for car repairs! Thanks, Lee!

I love this place. I have always had a good experience here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation with balance. After I left my, car was pulling to the right. I thought I was going to need an alignment. Nope, not the case. Turns out the tires just needed a little adjustment. I'm pleased with the result and the honesty of the team at AAA. The waiting room is also very accommoding and clean.

Ordered tires from TIRE RACK and had them delivered here for installation. Delivery was free and the cost of installation was the lowest in the area. I chose AAA because of their reputation and I'm very picky when it comes to my car care service. Friendly staff, tires delivered on time and appointment time was a breeze. Took about 30 minutes after arrival for my car to be pulled in and I added an alignment to my preordered service. I'm a car girl so to talk shop with the guys was like being at home. Also visited the TRAVEL section and greeted by friendly staff ready to answer any and all travel questions. I expected wait time 2 hours for 4 tire installed and an alignment. No worries!!!
If seeking travel, insurance, most car repair and replacement needs it's a one stop shopping experience. Service waiting area stocked with snacks and beverages for purchase THE COFFEE IS FREE. I wish there was a 0 option. I had a 2:30 Appt... they couldn't take my car for 3 hours! Worst customer service EVER!!! They even confirmed the day before and told me to BE ON TIME!!! If you are that far behind, call people who have appointments and at least give them a heads up and try to reschedule.

Normally I am very pleased with the level of service here, however my most recent experience was rather frustrating. I scheduled an oil change for 11:30a, and I told them I would wait on it (typically won't take more than an hour). Sadly my car wasn't tended to until 12p, and when it was ready an hour later, they didn't let me know right away so I had to walk up and specifically ask to get checked out. Normally I wouldn't mind, but it took more than my allotted lunch break from work, and I was nearly late to a client meeting. Hopefully next time I come back, they'll be a little speedier!

I doubt I will ever use this place again for auto service. I was quoted one price for a simple oil change over the phone, made the appointment for the next day. Got the oil change and was told I owe $10 more than I was quoted. On the phone they told me there was a $10 instant coupon and when i asked about it in person, they knew nothing about it. Said I "may" get a $0 rebate in the mail, they didn't know.
Techs cannot read work orders. Plain as day on the work order was, Tire in cargo area goes on back in rotation, tire on right rear back to cargo area. They rotated them and I happen to see the "spare" that was suppose to go back in the cargo area on the right front now. Told person at front desk, he went to the shop to tell them to switch it. About 20 minutes later, car is ready, go outside to leave, spare is STILL on right front. Had to go back in and wait for them to get it right.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
