I can't comment on the facilities or actual experience there since I haven't been. This review is strictly for their customer service. I emailed them late in the afternoon to book some treatments for my sister for her birthday and Shannon called me the next morning to answer my questions and get everything set up/booked. She was super friendly and professional over the phone. I was able to get it all paid for and a receipt was emailed to me immediately so all my sister has to do is show up for her appointment which is exactly what I wanted. Will definitely have try them out for a massage myself when I visit in June!

This place is appealing for many reasons!
1. New facility, and is clean and well decorated.
2. Shannon is very professional and pretty.
3. The massage was fantastic!
4. The facial was so rejuvenating.
5. Lastly the sauna was a perfect way to end!
My father and I went there today and we feel so relaxed and like a million bucksHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - James B.Austin, TX1113Oct 28, 2015
Shannon is my favorite massage therapist! I do a lot of repetitive work and my upper back often hurts. Her 1.5 hour massage is something I look forward to on a regular basis. Her skill sets allow her to seek out and find trouble areas, and she always finds them. Few massage therapists seem to be able to do that and after working with Shannon, I hold the rest of them to a higher standard. Ive even had her come to my house for massage for both my wife and myself. Highly recommend.

I have hesitated to write a review for this center, but I feel that I must.
I could see a husband gifting his wife a session here, and if it's the only spa service she will get all year...then someone has to tell it like it is.
Overall, I would say there is potential. The surroundings are clean and inviting.
I will just relay my experience and let you decide-
I arrived to two women in the front greeting area. It looked like one was the receptionist and the other was the massage therapist waiting for me (just a guess).
The therapist looking person was just sort of hanging out and never said hello or made eye contact. The receptionist looking person got me a clipboard with paperwork and was very friendly.
I started with an infrared sauna session. I had never had one and had no particular expectation.
I was led back to a nice room that had a small glass sauna - and just as I was getting my bearings the receptionist looking woman started explaining all about the controls on the sauna. It seemed simple enough.
She told me she would check back with me.
I sort of felt vulnerable and unsure...but, I put on a robe and went in.
I sat for a moment, not really knowing what to do. There are magazines in the sauna, nothing I was interested in...but what do you do? There is a small seat and not a very comfortable one at that... I started looking at the controls and remember she showed me that I could change the colors. I hit some buttons and think I changed the temperature or time.
I sort of freaked and decided to wait for her to come back. It seemed like a long time before she did.
She asked if I was okay as she peeked through the main room door - I told her I thought I pressed the wrong buttons. She said she would time me from out front.
By then I just wanted to get out.
I didn't break a sweat. Was I supposed to? What was the deal with that sauna? How was it different than a sauna anywhere else? I still don't know much about it.
She told me when time was up.
I put on my robe and followed her to a massage room.
It was then I found out this "receptionist" woman dressed in a short skirt and possibly a sweater (not immodest, just NOT the type of things someone doing massage would wear, imo) was my massage therapist.
Hmm?...Ok...
Where did the appropriately dressed woman go? Weird.
The massage felt really bad - I am sorry, it just really was not good at all.
I don't know what my therapist was doing, but she started on my feet and I swear it seemed like she rubbed the same spot on one foot under my toe for about 5 minutes. It probably wasn't that long, but it was obvious that she was doing something with her other hand. There was no focus on my massage.
There were forearms and elbows used up my legs carelessly - I could tell someone taught this woman some techniques, but they weren't matched to my body. I had more than a few bone to bone experiences - just due to not being in tune - or not caring? I don't know. Maybe she's just really new at this?
I don't know how I would have even spoken up about what was wrong without insulting her. (?)
The room was very light. Even though I started face down, the light was still too much.
The walls are thin and I could hear the business next door and someone out in the hall who sounded like they had tuberculosis!
I will say she had the sense to turn down the lights before I turned face up, but the lights and noise and uncomfortable robotic moves had already lost me.
Her phone rang mid session - she apologized profusely, and said that never happens - and honestly, I wouldn't have cared much had I been in "the zone"...but, it was just one more careless thing in a list of many things that went wrong.
I am thankful I used a social media coupon to try this place out, but I still feel I was overcharged.
I would recommend for people to be more vocal than I was, so that you get the service you want.
I just prefer that I walk in to a place like that and that everything would all flow- and that the experience would bring peace to their clients from their day to day grind - for me, it didn't.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Valere R.Austin, TX8169Jun 30, 2015
I just left after having an amazing massage and mini facial by Shannon. By the time I was finished I was completely relaxed and didn't even want to move. The atmosphere, the lights were perfect. Shannon was extremely personable and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I had a massage/mini facial today at Zephyr Wellness Center and LOVED it!!! First of all, the location is very appealing...peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. I felt at peace as soon as I walked in! The massage was spot on. Just the right pressure and just the right amount of time spent on each area. The mini facial was divine! Truly the icing on the cake! I very highly recommend Zephyr Wellness!!

Have been going to Shannon at Zephyr Wellness for one year. I try to never miss a week. She is not only very talented In the art of massage therapy, she has constructed a delightful and very relaxing facility/spa in Cedar Park. Rates are reasonable and the menu of services provided are not lacking in any area. I highly recommend this young woman, even if there is a bit of a drive involved...worth it!

Watch out for trying to book online. I tried that today and even though there were open times listed, I was told there was nothing available when I called to confirm the time I had chosen. I would have been very angry if I had driven over there to find this out.
