TL; DR: While some drivers may be professional, others will happily spew antisemitic conspiracy theories to you, their captive audience.
We took A1 to/from the airport, an hour or so drive each way. The first driver was polite, professional, friendly but didn't intrude on our conversation, and a safe driver. The car was clean and comfortable. He was on time and easy to find when we exited the airport.
The second driver was on time, but that's the best I can say. While everyone has a different style, it was 5am and we just wanted to quietly ride to the airport after a stressful trip. The driver wanted to talk -- about sports, real estate, and then, just as we were turning into the airport, he launched into an unhinged, antisemitic rant about how the Rothschilds are funding Russia's invasion of Ukraine. I've been using them for 10+ years. Service has been excellent, costs are comparable to other services (for our long distance to/fro airport), and they've always been accommodating. In addition, the drivers are always professional and courteous. As much as I'd like the jump on the Uber bandwagon, this is my defacto choice to get to and from the airport.

The customer service is amazing. I actually ended up missing my ride bc of issues at the airport. The service was genuinely concerned about me for not being able to find me or reach me. They ended up refunding my trip to make a long story short, when it was actually my issue not theirs. First class service. I will book thru them again!

RUN! Please do not use them. I am certain their drivers are wonderful but I got a "quote" from them. They said I had to give them a credit card to hold the quote. Called back within hours and they charged me $586 for a rental I did not need or use. When I said I would dispute charges guy from the company called me on my cell calling me names and threatened me! At least one horrible person works at A1 Limousine and that is one too many! There are less expensive options and better humans to use and deal with than these guys. Be warned and DO NOT give them a credit card for a quote!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star! HORRIBLE SERVICE at my cousin's wedding that I was the maid of honor in. She booked this company just to drop us off at the church and thank god she only booked them for that instead of her whole wedding day!
The driver (Al) called my cousin (the bride) the morning of the wedding asking if they can pick her up earlier because they had another charter to do (one example of how they treat customers, more to come) and let her know they did not give her the party bus she ordered but a trolley instead, no apology or anything.
The driver was incredibly rude, came to the door didn't even say hello just starting DEMANDING the full amount of service even though my cousin already paid the deposit that went towards that balance. When my cousin tried explaining to him that she paid the deposit already and had an email from his company stating the remaining balance owed he REFUSED to drive her to the church until he had the full amount. He would not listen to her when she tried further explaining the situation and showing the email with the remaining balance due. The bride's mother asked if he would take a check, whatever she had to do to get her daughter to the church on time, and the driver stated that he could only take cash and would follow her to an ATM. At this point we would be late to the ceremony if the driver kept refusing, the mother of the bride stated she would stop at an ATM on the way and give him the money at the church and he still refused and stated he needed the full amount now, and was very disrespectful to the mother of the bride. The driver proceeded to walk away and make a phone call. Meanwhile my cousin is freaking out because this driver is making her late TO HER OWN WEDDING, calls the company and gets someone on the phone when she goes to tell the driver she has the company on the phone he ignores her MULTIPLE TIMES and carries on with his phone call. I run the phone over and finally get him to pay attention to us and tell him we have the company on the phone, he rudely accuses us of lying and said its not the company. I finally get him to take the phone and the company told him the amount owed, WHICH WAS THE AMOUNT MY COUSIN WAS SAYING SHE OWED THE WHOLE TIME, he finally decides he can drive us.
Once we get on the bus, we ask to confirm the address and thank god we did because he had a completely different address (my cousin only provided one address from the very beginning). He starts driving and lets us know we can't play music because he would have to stop. So he turns on some radio station, on a horrible sound system, with music in a foreign language and when we'd ask to change it he would just put on random radio stations with commercials etc. He took the longer route to the church to avoid tolls (the company claims the drivers need to take whatever google maps tells them to take but that is BS) the location we were at was right by the highway that would have gotten us there faster.
So while we're on our way, a few other things that happened.
- Al (the driver) was swerving in lanes because he was paying more attention to his phone than the road
- We had him turn off the radio because he did not care to find anything other than jazz music when we stated we wanted upbeat dance music
- There were used solo cups on the bus, did not find one unused cup.
Most importantly, this driver made my cousin 15 MINUTES LATE TO HER OWN CEREMONY, when she cushioned 30 extra minutes for the drive, because he refused to listen to her and wanted the extra money for himself more than likely.

Worst ever. Already had a 4 hour delay in travel then have shared ride with 4 other passengers in palatine, Winfield and me in Batavia. Make sense? No. What does the driver say? I just go where they tell me. Apparently you don't have a brain. 1 hour and 30 minutes to get home from ohare

I would not recommend this service. Very pricey, hidden cost. You will see fairly quickly they really dont care about repeat business. They have a very aggressive way of doing business. I would walk before I ever deal with Tony again. Also beware, they operate under a couple other names. Good Luck.

Terrible service, driver Milan is extremely rude & drives the vehicle like a maniac. The vehicle itself was not in good shape, scratches all over the back bumper & a strange smell on the inside. Also they don't own all the vehicles in their "fleet" but instead will farm out orders to the real limousine companies in town that actually have limo buses or Mercedes. Not worth the trouble call a real company like Windy City or M&M Limo
