Usually done fast, I've brought 3 phones here and customer service kept getting worse and worse I figured that the more business I brought them the better it'd be for them but it wasn't the case they had fixed one of my phones and it stopped working the next day and stated they "could do nothing about it" after bringing them 3 phones one figures they might want to keep your business but they didn't insure their work and didn't want to give any type of credit towards fixing another phone,

I don't recommend this place the customer service is terrible and they don't insure their work for not even a day, if you don't care about that then you might like the prices they're reasonable but beware you're taking a risk

I'm writing this review while it's still fresh in my mind. This is sort of a continuation of my T-mobile review and complaint that I posted 7/2 & updated 7/5. My 4th LG phone needed to be replaced in 2 & 1/2 years under their warranty replacement. The phone started to overheat and the screen went blank or black, and it wouldn't restart, power up, or charge. I took it to the T-mobile store in Centreville and they couldn't get it to power on and suggested that I get it replaced. Neither could they retrieve the data from it.

Luckily, I knew were to go, A Plus Phone Repair. Not only did they retrieve my contacts and transfer them to my new phone but they also told me that they could repair the broken phone!

I'm familiar with A Plus because our business IT person Shane referred them to my wife after running over her I-Phone. T-mobile couldn't retrieve her contacts or data to transfer to her new phone, but neither could the Apple store. Again, not only did A plus complete this but told her they could probably have fixed her phone!

A Plus is outstanding, whether cracked face or water damaged phones they have the technology and skills to repair or retrieve contact information.

A Samsung Galaxy 8 had bourbon spilled on it 8 months ago, and started showing screen burn-through a month ago. I knew it would be expensive, so I was putting it off, but finally the screen appearance became intolerable.

A business associate told me, "A Plus is the place - cheaper than everywhere else, and just as competent, and man, the turnaround is super-quick".

When I walked in earlier today, there were two young women from Honduras there, not much past their teenage years, they looked at my phone, gave me an estimate, and said they could turn it around in 2 hours. I queried as whether they would be doing the repairs themselves, and they answered in the affirmative.

I wasn't shocked, but I was a little surprised, but, hey, I'm not hard to get along with, so I handed them my phone, and said I'd be back in 2 hours.

The repair works wonderfully, and whomever repaired my phone did a superb job, so kudos.

It wasn't cheap ($195), but I knew beforehand that it wouldn't be, as some expensive parts would have to be replaced, and I'm happy with the value I received.

They SAVED my phone!! I dropped it in water, it's a Galaxy and waterproof but I charged it before it was dry. Verizon said it was ruined and all my data lost. Found A Plus and they FIXED it like new!! Put in new port for charger which is what my research said could be done. They were absolutely, totally amazing!! Saved my data, pics, texts and phone is good as new!! All done within 2 hours. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Technician was a doll, very kind and obviously well trained and knows her business.
Will recommend to EVERYONE!! THE BEST place I have had the pleasure of going to. Would give more than 5 Stars if I could.

I had an iPad with a cracked screen for a LONG time. I had thought either the repair would be costly (about $120 is what I thought) or it would take too long, and as long as it worked it would play, right? But I had reached a point where I barely used the iPad because of the screen and I wanted to make it usable again aside for using it for my own teaching business as a way to take credit cards.

I read some excellent reviews about A Plus and took my iPad there at 4:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. Not only were there prices exceptionally lower than what I expected, but they had it done in two hours! I came back and picked it up at 6:30 and I have practically rediscovered my iPad as a new device! The staff was professional and very courteous, and I cannot say enough good things. They are also conveniently located in Ambassador Square right off of Sudley Road. If you have a cracked screen on any device, go see them.

My son cracked his IPhone X phone screen skateboarding. We called A+ and got a price quote and appointment for the repair the same day. My son's phone screen was replaced and he was out in less than half hour. Price was reasonable. Very pleased with the overall service.

I took my broken HTC EVO 4G in here to have the screen fixed. They gave me a couple of options at different prices and I made my choice, they told me when it should be ready and called me the day it was. Price was exactly what they had quoted me and the phone was fixed properly. The end.

I've used this place at least twice. I use Verizon and it is ridiculously expensive for me to upgrade or do a two-year contract, monthly payment for this phone.

I dropped off my phone and the guy told me to come back in a hour, fully fixed both screen + LCD.

My iphone looks like a new phone at a fraction of cost- This place saved my ass again lol I recommend this place to anybody who broke their phone to check it out before buying a new phone or starting a two year contract just to get a new phone.
