We own a koi pond and there are very few places in Rhode Island that sell Koi supplies. A Piece of Paradise has everything you will need and will help if you are having trouble with your pond. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, he helped us diagnose a potential leak in our liner and he also provided some fantastic advice for maintaining our pond! Highly recommend!

Went here with the wife last Sunday, and she kept uttering the phrase, "I'm in heaven!" For the record, I think it's pretty cool, too.

We've both driven by here many times, but never thought to check it out. I thought it was a landscape material company ... in some ways, it is, but there's so much more. Primarily, they specialize in landscaping water features, such as ponds and waterfalls. They can design and build a water feature for you, or sell you the materials and supplies if you want to do the work yourself.

Outside, to the left of the store, there are several installations of man-made ponds and waterfalls, some with koi fish or goldfish. You will also find several footbridges to enhance your yard.

Indoors, the store has several rooms, including a room dedicated to one of my wife's favorite hobbies: fairy gardens. She told me the prices for fairy garden accessories here are less expensive than the chain stores. Another room features pond basins and pumps. Yet another room features clearance items. The main part of the store has all sorts of cool yard/porch accessories, such as wind chimes and solar lights. But wait, there's more ...

If you walk out the back of the store, you will find a large area with a wide selection of birdbaths, fountains and statues, as well as tanks where they keep their fish. The merchandise is beautiful; some of the prices are, well, pricey, but we definitely got some bargains, including a smaller, basic-yet-elegant fountain for $15. I have to add a basin and pump, but it's a good deal on a key component for one of my many yard projects. My wife also bought a cool-looking self-contained tabletop fountain with lights from the clearance section; it had been a display model, but was perfectly functional. At less than $30, even I was okay with that impulse buy.

An older woman who was a newer employee was very friendly and helpful, and shared my wife's enthusiasm for the store. A younger gentleman who rang up my purchases was not quite so vocal, but he was helpful nevertheless. Safe to say, we will be returning here!

Purchased a mermaid fountain today. Asked for the pump, which they all come with & the ppl working there acted weird. Came home with the unit and "most" but not all of the pump pieces. The hose and silicone and a couple of parts are missing which didn't surprise me as they were taping up the bag. No tubing, no silicone, etc. Not recommended. Especially when spending well over $340

The manager Roxanne is just rude to customers. Talking down to them, considering, yelling.
Shawn is wonderful and could do wonderful things.
The owner Dave needs to get his head out of his ass.

A very cool little store that specializes in water gardens, ponds and waterfalls.

Definitely not your usual garden place, Piece of Paradise has all the things you need to make your yard or garden unique, distinctive and even bizarre. Lots of gorgeous pools and waterfalls, little bridges and all types of creative and imaginative items. Gazing globes, cool stones, little frogs and other sculptured critters, gnomes, windmills, chairs, picnic tables and even gazebos and pavilions.

Piece of Paradise also has lots of aquatic plants and fishies to stock the ponds and pools. A absolutely fantastic and unique store if you are looking for something different for your home or garden.
