Jason just left after installing a really nice faucet at my place. He was super professional and even took a look at a shower faucet I was having an issue with as well. He was on time and super professional so I would definitely use them again. I never like feeling pressured into making a decision and I felt like Jason was giving me the best advice and pricing without the hassle of feeling pushed. We called because we had a leaky bathroom faucet. They were able to come out and assess and fix the problem the same day! Incredible customer service and very nice technicians. Jason with AO Dowd Plumbing was extremely professional and efficient. Jason diagnosed the issue with my clogged sink failure to properly drain. Jason was upfront the cost and advise me of procedures to fix the problem, while training his apprentice. Jason's work was neat and his customer service skill are impeccable.
