Someone called back and made a great effort to help me. He apologized for the rude dismissive evasive guy in the front lines of a phone call seeking help.

Am after after receiving attentive apologetic, sincere assistance even though my matter fell outside their area of competence the attorney took more one half hour to help me get to where I needed to start proceeding in an elder fraud case.

Just not helpful when I contacted them for information . Did not take even one minute to assist me. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else with any elder abuse problem.
