A Kneaded Touch Massage Therapy

My boyfriend bought me a Groupon here as part of my Christmas present. It took 2-3 weeks for someone to get back to my emails/phone calls. After finding out the only one massage therapist accepted Groupon and that she doesn't work on the one day off, we attempted to get a refund through Groupon (this happened over the course of several months).

Awhile later, Groupon informed us that they had contacted the therapists and were told that two therapists were now accepting groupons! I'm finally able to schedule an appointment.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel it very last minute due to my boyfriend needing emergency surgery. I provided proof including date and time of the surgery to demonstrate that it actually happened. I blocked out all of the person info. Several weeks go by after I sent this email and numerous voice mails.

I finally hear back from Jennifer saying the evidence wasn't sufficient, I should have reached out earlier while the emergency was going on. Then she tells me that they've had issues with me in the past and will not be accepting me as a client. Which, the issue was that they only had one therapist accepting Groupons... apparently I caused a problem by not making an appointment due to scheduling incapatabilities. She also was very upset that we had contacted Groupon and complained about not being able to reach her.

She then asked me never to contact them again. Not once has she answered a phone call or voicemail. I have been trying to talk to her for the past two weeks, and she will only communicate via email. And that takes several weeks.

I have never had a place treat me so poorly and will be going out of my way to make sure my friends and family don't visit this awful place.

I am a dental hygienist and I have a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. She just focused on my problem areas and just did my upper body. I felt great afterwards and the next day! She's really good and her prices are amazing! $35 for 60minutes! And $25 for your first time! It beats all her other competitors.

I will be using her again! Already made my next appt for October!

Love coming here. We get an amazing massage for an incredible price. My husband and I both have been coming for a couple of years and thoroughly enjoy every experience. The 90-minute massage is exceptional and I highly recommend it!!

I should have ran.

There was no check-in desk. Just a couple of couches, a table and him.

He was sitting alone on a couch, in the waiting room, playing on his phone when I walked in. He didn't look older than 20. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black saggy pants, black shoes and a hat. If I was judgmental, I would have thought he was a thug, drug dealer or maybe a gang member. After a few uncomfortable moments I realized he was my masseuse! I should have ran, but I didn't want to be judgmental, so I stayed. He lead me to the massage room. It was missing that nice smell of oils and candles that one would expect in a massage room. The room was brightly lit, so he went around and turned on some ambience lights and plugged his phone in to a speaker. He then left so I could get undressed and onto the bed. When I got onto the bed and put my face in the pillow it smelled like moldy laundry! I jumped up and threw the pillow on the floor! I should've ran, but I stayed and told him he needed to change the bedding before my massage. After changing the sheets, which still didn't smell all that fresh, he started with my back. He pushed the sheet too far down for my comfort. He then pumped cold lotion from a bottle and rubbed it on me. It was just a back rub with no skill or pressure. He just rubbed up and down and around my sides! I finally told him to rub my feet and hands and not to do my thighs. To top off the creepiness, he put my hand on his lap when massaging my arm. (Ewww). I should've ran. I did! I left and ran home to my shower!! Don't go there.

I've seen Jenn many times, and have been so impressed with the quality of the massage she's given me. Very professional, reasonably priced, an overall terrific experience! Recommend to all.

I would give this place a zero if I could. There office procedures are extremley lacking. Don't bother calling, as they do not have the staff to answer the phone. You are asked to leave a message, when in reality that means several messages. After several messages, and a couple of weeks lag time, they can't offer what they adverstise. Now that they have past the refund window with Groupon, you are stuck payng for services they can't provide. Stay away, this place is a scam. BTW...Make sure to read Ericka's review. YUK!
