If you want "PROFESSIONAL" service, this is NOT the place.
I called yesterday and asked to speak with an agent, as I wanted to make a reservation to take a 7 day Caribbean Cruise. The young lady took some information from me and said an agent would be talking to me and placed me on hold. 12 minutes later, no one answered so I hung up and called again.

I explained to the young woman that I was working and did not have time to sit and wait, and suggested for someone to call me and gave her my phone number.

I am still waiting for their call.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting with Wanda Peterson to arrange our first trip to London. She always made herself available to answer any questions and make the trip smooth and memorable. Another nice touch, she had a letter waiting for us when we arrived at the hotel, wishing us a nice trip.
We encountered problems with the transportation agency on the return flight and sent Wanda an e-mail. She immediately jumped into action and stayed on the issue until it was resolved.
We have now booked our second trip through her and, as before, she is thorough and she works hard to make the arrangements and get the best deal possible I know with her on our team, we'll have another great trip.

I've booked two European vacations thru Destination Travel. Both were amazing vacations. The first was booked through a now retired agent, however, Wanda Pedersen booked the second and she was great. She was quick to respond, on weekends and even when she was heading out of town herself. I am very impressed with the service that Destination Travel offers.

I wanted to get more of a custom trip for our first trip to Hawaii and I found it with Mary Money at A Destination Travel. She got us round-trip air fare, car and hotel in Maui for a great price! We also had insurance on the trip in case we had to cancel last minute and she was available for us to call if we had any issues. She set up a lei for us at the airport too- everyone waiting with us asked how we got a lei. I will be going to Mary again for our next big trip!
