Took my car here for an oil change. Very happy with the service. They were able to accommodate me on relatively short notice, were prompt, professional, and courteous, and the service was completed by the time I'd requested, even with an additional task of changing my car's air filter.

Jose, the service advisor who helped me, was very knowledgeable, respectful, and kind!

I thought the pricing was fair, and they included a 30-point inspection plus fluids top-off. New favorite place for general vehicle maintenance!

Another great experience with the Auto Experts! I can't tell you how much I appreciate having a shop that I trust with my car! As a working mom, I've always dreaded trips to the mechanic, however every experience with this shop has left me feeling relieved. Sydney and Tom are incredibly informative and I feel like I'm in good hands. Pricing is reasonable and they always answer all of my questions!

Needed brakes looked at while in town. The staff is extremely friendly and remembers details about you. Definitely would recommend and will be back if I'm in the area and need any service for my car. Extremely fair pricing

Let me start by saying, if I could give them ZERO stars I would. 12 glorious years with A-Auto right down the drain when they sold to these pieces of shit. HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE.

Auto experts at trying to get over on everyone! Not honest AT ALL. Good luck if you make an appointment for a measly oil change. It will take a good hour and 15 minutes, with a 20 minute delayed start only to "find out" about 7 other things need "IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!!!!!!!." Bullshit. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

Moral of the story, I hope homeless people make camp at your location and take multiple shits all over your property. It might improve it.

I cannot recommend The Auto Experts enough. I was originally a customer of the 30th street location, and have now been a customer of the Folsom Blvd location for the past year as it's closer to my house. This shop is honest, knowledgeable, and very fair in their pricing. The customer service here is impeccable, especially Sydney at the front desk and manager Tom. Today, I expressed that I was short on time and they completed the repair quicker than expected and at a lower price than previously quoted. I can't tell you where to get your car repaired, but I won't be going anywhere else. The honesty, integrity and excellent service provided at this location has made me a customer for life.

The former A Auto shop was always a favorite of the neighborhood, but the new management has doubled the prices, so far, and does not honor phone quotes.
I had the A/C charged last year for about $80, but when I went back to recharge it this summer, they charged $160! I did get half of that back in credit, because the previous service had missed leaking valve cores.
I tried to use the last $30 of the credit today, after calling Monday to check on the credit and the price. The woman said that it was $139 for the diagnostic to make an estimate. Great!
But today, it is $179, less my $30 credit. I say that the woman quoted me $139, and that they should honor phone quotes. He just said, "the price is $179, and didn't offer to check with her. He actually said, "Well, I didn't hear that." If effect, calling me a liar! I am outta there.
Watch your pocketbook if you go there!

Followup: I found that $150-$180 is typical for a diagnosis, but I called KB Motors, right near Schools Credit Union on Folsom. He says, "$155 to diagnose, and if it's the O2 sensor, that includes installation, unless we have to remove a bunch of stuff"! Had the repair done today, $155 labor, $259 out the door!

Turns out that there is no diagnosis besides a 1-minute code scan, because the O2 sensor heater code tells you that the connection is good, and you just need the sensor. So, $179 for a sensor heater diagnostic plus install is a total ripoff.

Great and quick service replacing my side mirror. Always get quick and great service here. Highly recommended!!!

I received a message today saying they are refunding the brake service fee and the fluid flush fee. I am gonna give them a second chance as the manager seems to care about his customers.

The auto experts did a wonderful job on my two trucks. I highly recommend this shop..
