First, I was standing at the front door for six or seven minutes (the automatic bell was ringing) before I finally called from my phone and informed the gentleman that I was waiting. Another six or seven minutes and I was buzzed in. I showed him the mic, a Rode K2 with power supply, cables, shock mount, and case. They sell all day on ebay for $450-$600 (I encourage you to look it up yourself). All I wanted was a hundred bucks. The guy behind the glass pokes away at his computer and tells me there are K2s on ebay for $99, he'll give me $50. One of three things is going on here: he's completely inept and didn't know what mic he was looking for, he was lying, or he just didn't want to be bothered. I've worked with a lot of collateral loan outfits, but this is the most negative experience I've ever had.

Hi Lauren, sorry to hear that you are not happy with our prices, we price items based on how hard they are to resell, and unfortunately yours was a very hard item to resell. If you have time, I recommend selling it yourself on eBay, instead of looking for a pawnshop.

Eric H.Granada Hills, CA222Sep 8, 2019Very rude service Don't ponder stuff here I just drove here hauled ass so I can get the thing out of pond that I needed to get out upon 10 minutes left till closing the guy tells Me I have to come back tomorrow to get my fing out upon because you know he has to go home another word to use too lazy to give me my stuff out before he closed even though there was 10 minutes left on the clock and then just to be a smart ass on the way out he tells me have a great day sir I will see you tomorrow with a smug look on his face laughing this place is horrible horrible customer service I would recommend this place to my enemy

I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with our business. I spoke to the employee helping you. I am surprised that he was letting people pickup on Sundays. We have had a strict policy of no pickups on Sundays for over a year now. We are only open on Sundays to do new loans or pay your extension. Please call me if you have any further concerns.
