      UPDATE: The owner of A&A metro reached out to me following my reviews. Tom was very concerned about the treatment my husband and I received from his staff. He not only gave me his personal cell phone number but also listened to my concern and assured me he and his team have already had meetings to see how an incident such as this could have been avoided in the future.

      I hired A&A Metro for my recent wedding. I booked a 40 passenger vehicle to transport my guests from the hotel, to our venue and then a return trip. At the end of the night, my guests and I were making out way from the wedding facility to the parking lot for the last shuttle of they night. We were being transported as it was quite a walk, upon arriving in the lot to load onto the last shuttle of the night, I was shocked to see our shuttle had left, WITHOUT THE BRIDE AND GROOM. I was told by several guests that they we asking he driver to turn around and informing him of this oversight. I ended up calling dispatch who also told me they were unable to reach the driver. After 20 minutes the shuttle did turn around to pick us up. I was extremely disappointed and could not understand how this would happen. I did indicate, upon booking, that we would have more guests for the return trip as many of us traveled to the venue in limos. I called to speak to the operations manager about this error. Instead of apologizing for the driver, he was talking over me and was not understanding as to why I was so upset. The manager was very rude, defensive of the driver and unapologetic. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. If you want a company who will let you pay top dollar for transportation services to only leave you and your groom behind then this is the company for you.

      The owner called me personally after some confusion over my event and we squared things away. Tom really does his best to provide a good service.

      I'm posting an updated this the review I wrote on Oct 30, 2015:

      Update as of 12/3/2015: The owner of A&A Metro personally reached out to me by phone to discuss the experience I had with his company. He was very nice and extremely apologetic both about the negative experience I had with one of his drivers and about the fact that no one responded to my attempts at feedback. Though I filled out the survey on the company's website, it may not have gone through, which partly explains why no one got back to me initially. I've added another star to my review because I do respect that the owner personally contacted me to remedy the situation. I appreciated him taking that time. I will work with this company again and have a good amount of confidence that my next experience will be much better!

      I used A&A Metro for a business event. I had some concerns following the event, so I filled out the survey on A&A Metro's website. No one contacted me. When I received my invoice, I called and shared the same concerns. I was told someone would be in touch. No one has contacted me. Today I received an email asking me to check out A&A Metro on Yelp, so here I am, and here's my review. The driver did not pick us up in the requested location, saying he couldn't find that address (it was 1 block away). The driver needed GPS to find our destination, which was only about a mile away, then missed a crucial left turn which caused us to be stuck in traffic. On the return trip, the driver put the WRONG address and started going the wrong way during rush hour on a Red Sox game day. Needless to say, it was a traffic nightmare. We did finally make it to our destination, but not before the driver ran a stop sign. It was extremely frustrating. The only good part of the experience was that the bus was very nice and clean, and the driver, despite the many many mistakes, was nice and seemed contrite after all. However, I am very disappointed that no one from the company has been in touch with me in response to my previous feedback.

      I've been using A&A for more than 15 years for airport transportation. The reason that I've used them for that long is because the service is of the highest quality and the people throughout the organization, from those who take and manage reservations, to the driver, to the owner, are friendly, responsive and through their words and actions demonstrate that they care about client satisfaction and repeat business.
