I contacted A-1 over the phone to purchase an OLED LG Television. I was looking for an older 2016 model for a lower price. Unfortunately that older model was out of stock. A few hours later they called back with a quote for the current 2017 model that was 10% less than Costco/Amazon's price. They were patient while I made my decision and were very friendly and communicative over the phone.

They delivered to my home the next day for a reasonable price. The unit was brand new, sealed in box. The deliveryman came up and unboxed the unit for me and allowed me to inspect it to be sure if was free of any defects and that it worked properly.

There was no nonsense, no hassle, just a quality product at a very reasonable price. I feel like a big box retailer would have been not only more expensive but more of hassle. I will definitely trust A-1 for future purchases.

Purchased a washer from here, got a great deal no doubt. I was directed here by a craigslist ad.

The ad specified great prices on the washer I was looking at and also noted that they had the typcal scratch/dent units at deeper discounts. I purchased a non-scratch/dent unit, and they were nice enough to stay open even though I showed up within about 5 minutes of them closing due to traffic (though they were still taking some other calls/etc). Being that I was late I didn't want to hassle them. I'm too nice, and this is business.

They showed me the top of the unit and asked if it was the correct one (not if it was damaged or to inspect it). I saw the model number on the side and it looked correct from the top (in the box still). A friend and I loaded the unit up in a fully enclosed SUV and went straight home. As soon as I unboxed the unit at home I noticed a huge dent in the side / corner where it is un-repairable. It should have been more obvious to me as the box had a crease in the exact spot of the impact.

I called and was told that I was showed the unit, asked to inspect it, and it is not their responsibility after it is out their door. Full, fair disclosure: The receipt that they gave me (folded closed, after the unit was loaded and I was being shown the door) did specify that all items should be inspected before leaving the premises.

Lesson learned (again), don't be nice... its exactly the business you think it is and there is no such thing as customer service here.

Their loss I guess, I was going to send 2 friends here this week... but theres always another sucker out there.

If you dare go here, just do a thorough inspection of whatever you get and completely unbox it. I should have known better after spending a couple of months working in a similar warehouse in highschool.

I went in looking for appliances for my new home.
I have been shopping around and found what I was looking for at this store. The owner Sam was very helpful and gave us a great deal on our appliances.
I went back a few weeks later and purchased a vacuum. Service there is great and the employees
are very nice. They delivered same day as purchase,
I loved that. Definitely will be back to purchase a TV!

Be bought our LG TV from them. Great owner. Very honest and open communication. Gave a return ride to us with delivery! Will buy again from this place and certainly recommend !

Just purchased a brand new toro snow blower at a hell of a deal!! Sam the owner was awesome!! Let me use his van and employee to get it home what else can you ask for!! Stop in for a great deal!

I saw them advertise on craigslist, and I gave them a call if they still had a particular TV I was looking at. They where very helpful over the phone so I decided to take a look at what other units they have. I walked out of the store with a big smile that they gave me a unbeatable price on a TV. I saved a lot of money and they really do focus on customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer and send more business there way! 5/5 rating
