Wyndham Garden Hotel, not a Raddison anymore but quite possibly the worst Wyndham I've ever stayed in.
As we were walking in I noticed that there were only a few cars in the parking lot, just thought it was a down day but come to figure out later that the place is a dive.
At check-in the lady was very pleasant, but obviously not that bright. She couldn't tell me where my room was but referred me to her map which she had studied a few moments before and couldn't find my room. She obviously was more interested in smacking her gum then coming up with an answer. I looked at the map and found that it was pretty simple, the 100 rooms on the 1st floor and after that they ran in order.
Also check-in lady failed to tell me check-out time, breakfast hours and wifi information. This caused me to make a 2nd trip back to the desk, not a big deal but not what I'm used to at a Wyndham Hotel.
At the hotel entrance by our room I found the "security door" wouldn't shut unless it was forcefully pulled shut, something no one else was doing since I found it open many times during my stay.
I proceeded down the hall and found the ice maker out of order followed by a huge gaping hole in the ceiling. Not off to a good start Wyndham.
I followed the numerous stained spots on the carpet to my room, where I found it appeared somewhat newly renovated.
Upon further looking I found the security bar that locked the door from the inside was loose and missing a screw. Come on Wyndham.
The beds have got to be the most uncomfortable things I've ever attempted to sleep on in my life. During the night I moved to the floor to get some decent sleep.
TV went out sometime during the night for whatever reasons, maybe Wyndham failed to pay the bill I don't know.
In the morning I attempted a shower but found absolutely NO HOT WATER! Remind you the parking lot had a hand full of cars so no excuse there plus I've been to Super 8's that could handle a full house with hot water. WTF Wyndham!
Come "breakfast" I found runny eggs with grease sitting in pools in it and runny grits...no meat of any kind.
Come 10:00a they started clearing the breakfast saying it's done at 10...no lead way...putting things on carts and taking them back. Now I was told when I checked in 11:30a for breakfast to end, I even repeated it back to her and she said yes. Other paying customers were coming in after it was cleared because they were told 10:30a.
Now I must add that the kitchen manager did bring some stuff back out due to this mix up, that was nice.
Upon checkout I informed the desk manager of the no hot water and she "looked surprised" and said "oh, I'm sorry" but then continued to say " Yea, they've been working on that problem for awhile"....REALLY??!! You think maybe that should have been discussed on the check-In maybe??
Now something I want to point out, Priceline said this was a 3 star hotel...WTF Priceline!
This was undoubtedly the worse Wyndham I've ever stayed in and with this in mind I have no intention of staying with them again nor will I use Priceline!

At first glance, the room was clean, as was the bathroom. Our tv didn't work the night we got in. After being on the road for 14 hours, I was looking forward to decompressing with some tv. I thought, no problem, I'll just watch something on the computer... The internet here is SO slow, we thought it wasn't working. We called first thing in the morning and had to stop at the desk to get someone to the room. The maintenance guy was AWESOME. He has a great personality and was very helpful. We couldn't figure out how to use the sleep number bed, and he helped us adjust them. These beds, however, are just awful. It felt like sleeping on rocks, I'm not exaggerating. He also fixed the tv. While he was in the room, he explained he was having a bad morning, as THE HOT WATER HEATER was broken. It was never fixed during our stay (2 days) because we had ice cold showers BOTH days.
The complimentary breakfast offered several juices (Apple, cranberry and orange), milk, coffee and tea. They offered a waffle station with 2 waffle makers, that was nice. The buffet included scrambled eggs (not real) and sausage, biscuits and gravy, cubed potatoes, toast. Yogurt, an assortment of cereal. The attendant was very attentive and helpful to all patrons dining. While this property has some major issues, the staff has been courteous and professional. I can honestly say I will not stay here again because this place is dated and out of order. The service was above average and made the stay better than the accommodation on its own but could in no way make up for the lack of services not being offered by this establishment. We chose this place specifically for the internet and the gym. SLOW internet NO HOT WATER UNCOMFORTABLE beds..made for an awful few days. NO REST.
Our stay has been so bad, I was going to call the 800 number since we are traveling to Atlanta from here, hoping that customer service might try to make up for the lack of services here, but we have decided after our stay here, that we will no longer EVER say at a Raddison. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is way too expensive for what it offers. Yes they offer free breakfast. Tastes like it was frozen and old. The first room smelled old... and the bed felt like it only had the springs. They quickly moved us to a new room. The beds were better. . They also had a microwave and fridge this time.... the toilet was stopped up. So I called and they said they would TRY to find someone to fix it or we can move yet to another room. Seriously. On a positive note. .. the rooms appeared clean.
