      No i brought my car in for warranty work they tried give me the run around on it said they going replace the breaks so rotor's be under warranty then they lied didn't do breaks and ate my tires up for issues i was having then i had buy nee tires out my pocket they had car five days parts went somewhere else then after picked up they forgot to do something while it was there and had bring back had wait over two hours for them do what they should done when they had the car they really need new management there

      It went from "i will get the car written up after lunch and try to at least run the car for some code to get us started. if anything changes or if they get any info on the car i will let you know. have a great day!!!"

      To "I have cars that've been here since the 3rd that haven't been looked at and I'm in line behind those cars."

      Over promise and under deliver is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Just be honest and do right for people. That's it.

      Take care of your customers with honesty and being upfront. I would have rather someone say "Franklin were swamped so it Will take a while to look at it, you can leave it here or try someone else. Smh.

      I was in the market to buy a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and all the dealerships near me had completely sold out of them. I called Crenshaw and Chase answered and immediately checked what they had on the lot. He sent me pictures and made the process smooth. I had a trade-in and I was able to send that info over and fill everything out before I got there. When I arrived the car was full of gas at the front of the dealership with a sign welcoming me. I had a great experience here! I would recommend them to anyone. Chase was welcoming and checked in with me a few days after the purchase as well!

      If you want to purchase a car at MSRP, this dealer is not for you.
      Buyers be aware, Hyundai is against the dealerships that takes advantage of customers
      And stay away from Sherod Solomon, he makes fun of customer that doesn't want to pay MSRP

      The engine in our car went out. The shop was unable to fix it so we had our car towed here. The car was there for one entire week and we didn't hear anything back from them. They couldn't offer us a loaner or anything. We remained patient and called the next week. They told us the car would be ready by Wednesday but Friday came and still no car! Two weeks without a car...do not go here

      I called in advance to schedule a test drive for the new 2022 Santa Cruz and informed Wendy that I wasn't buying for another 2 months but wanted to test drive because I was trying to decide what car to go with. when I get here from 45 mins away I'm told I can look but I can't drive because I'm not buying for another 2 months. That's complete discrimination and I will be sure to have this reported. 2 hours of my time wasted and doesn't allow me to test drive because I'm not buying same day.

      I always thought this dealership had a good reputation though I haven't bought a car from them. They found a car I wanted and let me know. Buyers beware, before you waste your time, they are price gouging and charging a "market adjustment". I'll stay with the VW/ Subaru dealer near them that is NOT doing this!

      I was very surprised by the negative reviews about this dealership. When I traded in my Elantra Touring they offered me an amazing trade in. My sales rep Robert still keeps in touch wit me and checks in to see how I am doing. They have amazing customer service

      The Service department is one of the best in the business. I can get my car in and out quickly and they give you a great cookie. I have dealt with another Hyundai dealers in the area who truly had a bad Service department but Crenshaw Hyundai is not it.

      The most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. I HATE that I purchased my car from them! The sales experience was ok. I mean the harass you until you buy. But after that, its been a headache to get warranty work done or even encounter someone there,including the general manager that I just got off of the phone with, who demonstrates appropriate customer service. He told me that finding 10 workers for him, would solve my problem. I'm not his hiring manager! If he talks to his employees the way that he just spoke to me, I understand why he is short staffed and has had to work in the shop the past two days. I know everybody is stressed, but I expect to get the warranty service that I paid for. Now I'm paying car payments on a car that doesn't work and only authorized techs can work on it or it voids the warranty. What am I'm to do? Yes, that's right! Find HIM 10 workers!!!!
