      I received amazing customer service from Edwin! He was very knowledgeable of what parts I needed for my car and patient. I appreciate really great customer service and having someone that knows what they are selling and genuine with customers. He was excellent, efficient, and great positive attitude. Thank you Edwin!!

      My boyfriend called to check for a part and the man that answered the phone hung up on him once because he didn't believe that my boyfriends older car was with his time. When my boyfriend called back and the worker verified that it was "the man with the old car" calling again he huffed , gave him attitude and asked him what he wanted. To say the least this man has no customer service skills and also didn't know what he was talking about. We will no longer be going to this establishment.

      This store always has things in stock others don't.. And they have great customer service. Finally they have a true group of automotive veterans who can help you the right way!!!!

      Been shopping at this Car Quest forever! Went in to return a present (with receipt) that I knew I would never use. The Assistant Manager is so rude, he acted like he was doing me a favor. He said it was not "fair" for him to have to do the return and he wanted me to drive to Santa Barbara where the gift was purchased. Why buy from a chain store if you can't actually benefit from many locations? This chain has lost our business!! That assistant manager needs to return to customer service school!!

      I have never been so humiliated, I bought a volta regulator a few day ago and the Gentleman that helped me out told me if it was not it to come back to the store. It turned out to be incorrect so I did just that and when I went in to see how the could help me the man who was at the register told me he was going to get approval Im guessing on a return the next thing I know this other gentleman is screaming at me violenlty telling me that I was lying he the proceded to throw the part at the counter and his words where "cant you read we dont do returns"He dint even give me the chance to explain this was at 3:40 11/20 so if u look at the camera you can see him throwing the piece. If he would of told me sorry we cant do returns I would of been fine with that I was not looking for anything for free the matter of fact he called me a liar and then insulted me by asking me if I could no read infront of the other. After all of this he said just give her money back. I was so embarrassed I did not wait for anything I graved the piece and walked out.
