Burger King

I ordered 2 for 5 bacon and egg croissant sandwiches with no cheese and they tried to give me them with sausage and i had to correct them
On their own menu item number and then they proceeded to give me two bacon and cheese sandwiches with no egg when i asked for no cheese . I'm not eating this bullsh$t

Don't come here anywhere between 12pm and 2pm on a Sunday. You'll be sitting in the drive through for a half hour easily even with only 2 cars in head of you. Mfers don't deserve no $16 an hour, they're in there jerkin each other off.

Store full of lazy employees. Manager stated she couldn't take my order because her computer was down, due to a storm. I am sitting right next to the window seeing the nothing is offline. As I am also the communications technician for their area and know their services are working.

Sometimes I look at reviews and wonder how a place can have such a low star level. This place has a star level of two stars. I'm giving four stars based on my experience today. I was greeted promptly and politely.
I ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich meal. The meal was great. I enjoyed every taste of it. The fries were soft and fluffy. The sandwich bread was soft and fresh. The chicken was cooked properly and tasted great.
I am removing one star because I did not notice a single person wearing masks. I believe they should have them on even though I'm in the drive through. Because if they sneeze or spit or anything. The droplets can get on my food.
But other than that. This place is good. The food tasted great. The staff was friendly.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered lunch through the app after 1030. There was a rude black employee that you could not understand through the speaker. Sounded like she was chewing on marbles. They informed me they don't do lunch until later. Would not give me a refund and said I should just come back later. The manager was of no use either. She just said she was busy. I shouldn't have to wait 5-10 days to get my money back. If you don't like your job quit.

I've eaten here before and it was fine. Today however it was the worse it could be. The fries were stale and cold. Both burgers had lettuce and tomatoes that tasted like they had a cleaning chemical on it. I had the impossible burger and my husband had a whopper. I removed the lettuce and tomato, the tomato was pale and unripe. Burger still tasted horrible. All of it was inedible. Which is too bad because it was one of our usual lunch spots before the pandemic. The best thing about BK is that you knew what your burgers would taste like, now I don't believe I can waste my money on substandard food at least not at this restaurant. I just hope we don't get sick.

This BK is ALWAYS closed! I tried to enter the dining area, but...I might as well walk to the drive-thru to tell them "you dining area is closed so I walked to the drive-thru"!

I'll take my business to McDonald'.s!

We live 5 min from this place. Every few weeks I get a hankering for a whopper and as I am an overweight type II diabetic, I needs my food
. I moved to this area a year ago and we have tried to order food here 8 times. We go through the drive through, there is a minimum 10 min wait per car. Each and every time I get to the window, I'm told they are experiencing technical difficulties and it will be a "few" additional minutes. Because I am who I am, I've waited in line up to 30 minutes to get my food. Upon receiving said food, each and every time, it's cold, like not warm. The bun for the whopper isn't toasted, the fries, while not the best hot, are stone cold and inedible. Then, the drink, remember when I said the food is cold? The drink is diluted from the ice melting and basically, gross.
We will never, ever go to this location again. Kinda makes sense why Burger Kings are shutting down across the country.

Drove thru this morning to grab breakfast. I wanted pancakes but didn't want to make them. Their shipment hadn't come in yet and the person working the drive thru said they were out of pancakes. I told her I really wanted pancakes. So they ran to the freezer and found some for me. Day made, ladies!!! Thank you!

This Burger King has always treated me well. The food is on point, but most importantly the service is great. I usually come later at night if I've had a longer day and I don't feel like cooking. The lady with the gray hair who works the drive-thru is simply wonderful. She's always so kind. I would like to say her name, but her name tag was blank. Either way, I just wanted to know that she always makes my day a little better.
