We were testing out the furniture and all of the workers came and gave us dirty looks. When we were walking through the store this grumpy old lady (worker) was following us until we left giving us a very rude look the whole time. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER.The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Do Better. It's not that hard.

Came here with family when they were getting items. Solid place, staff is definitely well protected (they also had the glass shields at the registers) and the cashier actually did something I didn't think to do when I was trying to get a jar of spices: open the lid to make sure the seal was on the package. I'm glad she thought to do that & check on her own volition. She was also friendly and overall, it's a solid choice in the area for discount items though selection can vary.

My husband and I had been looking at a sleigh bed (headboard, footboard and rails) that was marked as $199.00 for a week. it was a brown upholstered bed and the price was attached to the bed with a tag that said "Upholstered Sleigh Bed" $199. We decided we wanted to purchase it. We went back to the store and got an associate. We asked him if the price was correct and he said yes. We then told him we wanted to buy it and he said he would go see if they had any in stock. He came back and said that they had three in stock but it was showing a different price so he would have to ask his manager. He took the tag off the bed to go discuss it with her and then returned, removed the tag that said $199 and placed a new tag that said $329. He said he the $329 was the cirrect price and they didn't know who put the other tag there but that could not sell it for that.
Now mind you that this was the only "upholstered" bed in the store and they had been advertising this bed at this price for atleast a week because we had been in the store several times to look at it.
I told him that I thought they should sell it to us at this price since that is what it was marked and therefore False Advertising if they refused to sell it. He said there was nothing he could do that they didn't put the tag there?
Upon leaving I spoke to the manager about this also and she said the same thing that the tag that was there was for another bed a leather upholstered bed that they do not have anymore and that the correct price for the bed we wanted was $329 and she would not sell it for less.
I think this was a very poor way of conducting business and that it was a perfect example of false advertising. To make matters worse the most expensive bed in the store was $369 and it was a much more sturdy and expensive looking bed then the one we were interested in.
When I left the store I called the coorperate office and spoke to a man who said it was up to the manager, and that he would pass my message along to the District manager but I may or may not hear back from him then hung up on me.
I am in retail myself and feel that the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and unethical.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
