William S.Northampton, MA09Jun 14, 2022First to ReviewI bought the house across the street from this bank and had been intending to switch to a local bank. It won't be this one. Shortly after I moved in they erected a massive red monolithic sign and now my living room looks out on a billboard for their corporate logo essentially. This is a quiet low key neighborhood and nearly all the other businesses nearby have signage on their buildings. It's an abhorrent anomaly and infuriates me every time I look out my front windows now.
I tried to complain directly to the company, but they haven't responded.
Edit: spoke with their VP Kirk who was dismissive and dishonest about the changes which were made.
