I didn't intend to go to Sandy's last night at all.

I actually had gone into Paramus Jeweler's Exchange looking for a vendor I found online to get some jewelry appraised.

I couldn't find them, but passed by Sandy, who generously offered to search for them at another location.

She was so kind and quick to help that I thought to myself, "Why go to someone I don't know and can't even find when Sandy is right here and so helpful?"

I'm so thankful I did that!

Sandy and her father, George, ended up taking over an hour to look at the items I had. They examined each item very carefully and explained what we had, its value, and what factors contributed to the value.

They were very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. They welcomed our questions (we had a lot!) and were patient when we had even more.

While there, Sandy offered to clean the several rings I wear, so now they all sparkle and shine. She even got another vendor to polish up a silver ring for me.
Sandy also noticed that the prongs on my diamond engagement ring were loose and saved me from losing something very precious.

We can't say enough about how fantastic it was to meet Sandy and George. We are confident that we have jewelers we can trust and depend on to be professional, thorough, and fair.

We couldn't ask for more than that!
