Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I didn't eat the food because my appetite was ruined my brother and son did and said the food was good the girls playing at the window is what did it for me. The girl in the pink hat was spraying cleaning products while drinks were being fixed asked the other girl to remake it the girl in the pink hat laughing and playing asked why did we want it remade they messed up the order we went back to correct it the girl in the pink hat said "what now?" Still laughing and playing. That alone ruined my appetite and I will never return to the location. That was so unsanitary to be spraying cleaning products next to where drinks are being fixed and food is being handled.

The line is always wrapped around the building. But you can get in and out in the drive through in about 20 min. It looked much worse than it actually is, it actually moves pretty quick.

Okay I came in here very late. They stay open till 1am, serving all kinds of people. Even when it was packed they all remained having a smile from inside the restaurant to the wonderful workers taking order outside in the drive through line. Food came out fast and hot. This raising canes was very sweet and everyone nice. Be kind to your fast food workers they are trying their best and this establishment does. Go check them out off of Pat Booker. Thank you for your kindness and service Pat Booker staff. I've never had bad Rasining Canes either always consistent. So please come visit.

Closed 30 min after kickoff (6pm) and they have signs that boast about staying open until 1am...poor service.

Food is always normal, hot and fresh but small portions for price. Today I got the 25 tailgate tenders and the staff are more concerned with goofing off behind the mic and window then communicating clearly. The 25 tailgate DOES NOT allow for the military discount and if you ask for 25 tenders they will charge you Ala cart instead of the tailgate price because you didn't specify say TAILGATE. Just another company with no customer service ambiance and punk a** kids with no work ethic.

Food is always good but I would advise if you are paying in cash please make sure you get the correct amount back. I noticed once I was handed my money I had counted the cash in front of them and I was missing $6 more dollars. I asked them about it and they started whispering to eachother and said "oh yeah I forgot" it was a little suspicious to me

Raising Cane's is my favorite chicken place. I love the sauce, the warm and juicy all white meat tenders, the hot fries and the warm and buttery bread, and lastly the tasty slaw. The Live Oak location was very clean, with plenty of space for small and large groups. The staff was friendly and helpful. While not everyone had a good experience here, every time I go the food and the service is excellent. Kudos to the staff, they are excellent.

Honestly not sure what this locations deal is, it may be the managers but they cannot stay consistent. Food is not cooked all the way sometimes and it takes absolutely forever sometimes. I think they need better training because it's not that hard when there is literally only chicken, fries, bread and sauce on the menu. Every single canes I've been to has been extremely better than this one, don't come here unless you have time and don't care about good quality canes.

I love me some fried chicken. I love me some cheese toast. There's something about Cane's that really hits the spot. When I first landed in Texas, I knew I wanted to eat this first.

I got the 3 fingers combo. I got an extra side of toast.

The chicken was so nice. That sauce on the side was so great to dip into that I needed an extra one. The fresh toast with that sauce is so good!

We used the drive through and they were so polite and the service was so quick.

Went to get a quick dinner after a workout with my girlfriend, so we decided to just get some Cane's via drive-thru. The thing is that the service was quick and friendly, and I assumed that it was just going to be a typical fast food run.

When we got home, my girlfriend opened up her box combo and picked up her first chicken finger just to find a hair cooked into it. No, not just on it. IN it. That's like an extra step in unsanitary conditioning. I'm still mind-blown as to how that even happens?

I'm not sure how often stuff like this happens here as it was our first time going to this specific location, but you can be damn sure we will not be going back.
