J M.Denver, CO4561Apr 8, 2023What a joke. I made an online reservation on 03/31 for a 20' parking space for our travel trailer starting 04/08. The Reservation Confirmation email stated we needed to arrive anytime Saturday April 8th to keep our reservation. My husband showed up at 2pm - with our travel trailer - to check in and was told that their systems are down and they can't complete our reservation or let us in to park the trailer AND normally their office is actually closed on Saturdays anyway...wow.
I called their customer service number to see if I could pay for the space through them to complete the reservation but was just told "sorry, we can't do that over the phone. You need to do that in person in their office.

This was the first time I ever rented a storage unit, Bruce was very patient while on the phone with me. He helped me selected the right size of the storage unit and he helped me picked a move- in date that is within the timeframe of their promotional rate. Can't thank Bruce enough for his great customer service!

I am so happy to have found this location and these people; Bruce and Issac! they are extremly kind and helpful. they are not your corporate cookie cutter employees. they care and engage with the person...at least THIS person!
They've gone out of their way to help meet my needs.
I wish i'd found this particular Life Storage location when i first came to Boulder; it would have made my beginning smooth and welcoming.

He is great!! I definitely recommend this location!!!
