Ultimate feast delicious Except dissatisfied with a missing snowcrab leg from
Your meal ordered to pick up.
When it's suppose to be 5 legs it makes a difference that the biggest meat one is missing... is this a pattern for take out?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Jun 26, 2022Previous reviewThe Wild-Caught Snow Crab Legs always hits the mark with quality! Service was polite and timely. And the space was clean.
It's a nice place to go knowing what you will get.
Calm and cool atmosphere while enjoying privacy. - 107699Oct 29, 2023
Red Lobster has always been a family favorite so it was only right we came for a simple family dinner to celebrate a birthday. We came in on a busy Friday night. To be honest, I have not seen this particular Red Lobster busy for a while so I was shocked to see the full lot and occupied tables. So Red Lobster in general has not been at its full potential for years and especially in the last couple years because of staffing shortages. I came in with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised at how well dinner went overall.
My family was seated just a few minutes after arrival. We were greeted by our waitress just a few minutes later. She took our drink orders and dropped off the renowned biscuits shortly after. My sister and I had to get the endless shrimp option while we were there. They had 2 new options of a tequila-lime dressed skewer and dragon sauce shrimp (I can't remember the exact names, sorry!!). I ended up ordering the dragon one twice because it was that good! It resembles sweet and spicy sauce.
I will say that the service is on the slower side because it took a while for the food to come out after ordering it. It was understandable because they must be short-staffed in the kitchen too. However, our waitress Deborah was great. Though they were short-staffed and she was waiting on several tables, she still managed to be attentive to our needs. It was my dad's birthday, so she brought out a generous serving of ice cream with a lit candle.
I haven't gone to Red Lobster in years because of the decline in overall quality, but I think I'll be coming back once in a while!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 8, 2023
My friend and I were very excited to go to Red Lobster and it wasn't very busy. Lots of areas to sit! My friend wanted to watch the football game so we were in a booth in the bar area.
We were served cheddar biscuits right away-- they are so addicting! One reason in particular to go to Red Lobster!
I really wanted crab legs! They came with potatoes and two sides. I had to work pretty hard for the majority of crab meat. I believe they were over cooked. Some pieces the legs were so squishy, water would come out. But there were some pieces I did really enjoy! The legs cooled by the time I was on my last .5lb, but fear not, you can get them heated up. (I was told after the fact). 1 lb of crab legs is a lot and I took my broccoli and mashed potatoes home!
My friend got the lobster tails and a side of crab legs which she enjoyed. Her crab meat came out a little more easily than mine.
I enjoyed the red sangria :)
Just a suggestion to the restaurant: a designated plate or bucket for the discarded crab legs would have been helpful as the biscuit plate was pretty small.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 1 - Jun 20, 2023
After all these years, I was finally able to try Red Lobster! A pleasant surprise indeed. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. For a Sunday lunch time, there were only 4-5 other tables in the restaurant. However, there was a family of 5 waiting for a seat as they were informed that there were not enough servers to accommodate them. Parking was plentiful. Enjoy!

This is a great place to take your family! Not too loud, SUPER friendly wait staff, and delicious seafood. How could you beat those biscuits?
Had to take a couple points off because service and food just weren't up to par. Had to ask our waitress a couple times to bring some stuff out, and our alcoholic drinks took so long that my mom canceled hers.
I got the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake, and all the seafood in it was delicious, but the bake itself was meh. Like the linguini truly had no flavor whatsoever.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Blast M.San Francisco, CA021Feb 26, 2024
If you like to wait 58 minutes for your food, and have to keep going to the bar and to the kitchen to actually get your drink and food, and don't mind being ignored because you have to sit at a table outside the section where the waitress is working because of your handicapped family member, then this is a great restaurant for you. It was a very frustrating experience, to say the least, a comedy of errors because I had to keep playing waiter because we were being completely ignored. But that's said, when the food finally did come it was warm and delicious and the staff was actually very nice. Just extremely incompetent. I still ended up leaving a nice tip and we departed happily.

The whole place is cold AF! You can't even enjoy your dinner. You have to eat with a coat on. Do you believe in putting on the heat for your customers? You might as well eat outside. I went through this before in May 2023! They took lobster bisque off the menu too. POS!

Kelma was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful and very attentive. There was only one cook, so the food was a little slow but she kept us updated. All of the food was delicious. Will come again!
