Temecula Music Teacher

Temecula Music Teacher is not a good school. Well, the music teachers are fine, that's not the issue, it's their business practices that are terrible.

Their cancellation policy is that you cannot reschedule a class without a week's notice. Which doesn't take a family's real life into account. If you don't give them a week's notice, you are out the money for that lesson and your child will not receive any instruction.

They do not prorate for Spring Break, Winter Break and Thanksgiving Break, even though they are closed during those times. They follow the Temecula Unified School district's calender and aren't open during those breaks, but you still pay full price for those months.

Lastly, and most importantly, they're swindlers. I had complained about the cancelation policy to them over the phone and stated that I would be looking for a new music school for my daughter AFTER her recital on the 29th of April. I wrote a review on Google that was critical of their cancelation policy as well. In retaliation they dropped my daughter from their school. But of course this was AFTER they were perfectly happy to tale my money for the full month of April. Now they have swindled me out of over $200 and my daughter is unable to perform in the recital she spent months preparing for. I have demanded a refund of that money, but we'll see how that goes.

When I demanded an explanation, I was told that my daughter was dropped from the school because of the review I left on Google. ​So I wouldn't trust good reviews because apparently the policy is to drop your child and steal your money if you leave a critical review.

I feel the need to also say that they did not tell me my daughter had been dropped from their school. I found out yesterday when I dropped my daughter off. No notice, no nothing. They just took my money and dropped my daughter for a critical review.

Thanks to Temecula Music, my son thinks he's the next Sinatra and I'm loving it. He takes guitar and singing. My house is now constantly fill with music. It's a joy. I appreciate his teacher's focus on technique. They have really helped him grow as a musician and performer. They have a variety of teachers and teach just about ever instrument. Great for all levels and ages.

We have been with Temecula Music Teacher for over a year now, and they are the best, most wonderful people! Their music instruction is top notch and couldn't imagine taking my kids to any other studio. Hannah is an amazing teacher and owner of the business. She is always understanding of missed appointments and is a joy to work with. Shannon is awesome and is nothing short of amazing! The skills she has provided my kids with voice lessons and piano is just incredible. They both sound amazing thanks to the wonderful instructors here. The office staff is very friendly and they have cameras in every room, which parents can see in the lobby. It's a booming business with a personal feel, as there are lots of pictures on the of various recitals and events.

We've had a few different music teachers/schools over the past few years and nothing compares to the quality of lessons we get here. I have my son in private guitar lessons and my daughter is taking private piano lessons. They love it here and can't wait until their next lesson. The instructors are so nice and they make it fun for the kids. Not only are my kids learning to play a musical instrument, they are also learning to read music. No one else has taught that to them before.

If you are looking for a great music place for child, look no further!

The teachers are so nice. The studio is fantastic. My kids are learning more every week and really enjoy their lessons.

Seriously can't say enough good things about Temecula Music Teacher! My daughter is taking violin and piano lessons and loves her instructors, Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Shantelle. They are both super patient and kind and very knowledgeable. Hannah (the owner) is so helpful and personable and runs an amazing studio! I highly recommend Temecula Music Teacher!!

Temecula Music Teacher...love these guys and they love my kids! So patient and attentive with my little ones (8, 5 and 4). My kids love going to their music lessons and learned so much so quickly. Would highly recommend for piano (that's the only instrument we received lessons on) lessons!! Thank you for such a great experience!!

Signed my son up for guitar lessons and we're loving it so far. He's only 7 and I was worried he'd be too young but they're making it fun for him. He's excited every week to come back. I highly recommend.

We've been with Temecula Music teacher for 2 years now and my girls love it. My husband wanted to make sure the girls were getting lesson from teacher that we're well qualified with music Theory and we definitely found this at Temecula Music Teacher.

My son began Temecula Music Teacher after leaving a studio that wasn't a good fit for us. Not only are they priced better, but I could immediately see the difference in his growth with piano skills. You can tell that the teachers are passionate about what they do. My son looks forward to every lesson and has told me that his teacher explains things in a way that he gets so clearly. There is EXCELLENT communication from the staff which was huge for me. The studio space is small, but it doesn't matter because it is so full of creativity and positivity. The owners are amazing and I'm so glad we made the switch when we did. I wish we had done it sooner.
