DiBella's Subs

Attitude of waitstaff marginal.
Food-prep area not clean.
Grill: leftover food in the trough, countertop greasy. Staff seemed not to care about my concerns about cleanliness.

Need to grab a quick bite between my son's soccer game and this place was a mistake. The girl taking orders want friendly at all. I'm not sure if she messed up our orders or the guy making them. I got the Buffalo chicken with Bleu cheese but there wasn't any hot sauce or Bleu cheese on it and my son got a ham and roast beef sub and it was covered in the hot Buffalo sauce that should have been on mine. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the check out lady was at least nice and apologized about the mix up. Nothing was remade. She gave me a a plastic cup of hot sauce and Bleu cheese. I also had banana pepper on mine. There might have been 2 and my sub was supposed to be hot and was slightly warm. Their cups say best sub you will ever have. Even subway is better

absolutely horrendous. Placed an order with a young lady. Same young lady made the wrong sandwich and I was the only person in the store so she wasn't confused. Ordered a turkey club salad no bacon, wet lettuce soggy all over. No black olives just a huge pile of turkey and a few tomatoes. Brandon the manager was getting high with his girlfriend in the parking lot had the whole lot smelling like weed so of course he couldn't oversee his employees just argue with his girlfriend whe his associates making wrong food. Will never ever return to this location

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had, if it wasn't for GrubHub. Everything would have been perfect. I recommend DiBella's highly!

Came in for the first time as we traveled from out of state...

First and foremost the employees and food are great! Very kind employees, fast, delicious subs.

Reason for my review is the environment and directly to the franchise itself... You have a full staff of African American employees, they all are kind and efficient and enjoy each other. Then You look at the walls and every single wall is filled with really cool looking pictures from the 60's of people enjoying the subs brought home to their families... so what's the problem? Every single picture on the wall are of WHITE families!! TONS of pictures and they are ALL only white families enjoying your food...How incredibly insulting to your full staff of black hard working employees to have to look around every day and see their company posts happy white American families only as the American dream on the walls of the establishment they work at every single day. I wanted to leave but the kindness of the employees kept us. I'm white and I felt very uncomfortable, and obligated to speak up.
Do better for your employees. Times have changed for F sake. Have some consideration for others outside your white world...

5 stars for food and employees
Zero stars for the owner/franchise.
Get some pictures up on your walls that support the hard working employees you currently have.

subs are awesome let me start there. I would give 1 star if subs were not good. 1 star b/c if you try to use the app or order online, you will purchase elsewhere. I tried to order online for 2 days (catering order), then called in and the employee asked me to download the app and try that; failed 3 times. I hope they can take my order over the phone today or I have to order elsewhere.

The Subs is always made prefect and the ingredients is always fresh. The online ordering is easy. I go to the Dibella's in Warrensville Hts, Ohio, The manager and staff is very nice and friendly, they all speaks to you when you first come in the door. Keep up the great work.

Awesome service! Got me out of a jam with their catering. I called just a few hours before I needed lunch for an office meeting and they delivered it on time and were super friendly!
Food was great. Everyone liked the sandwiches and they brought everything we needed like condiments and stuff.

Best sub chain around. The bread is always fresh and excellent, as are the toppings. plenty of choices to choose from. good value and an easy online ordering platform. the warrensville location always gets our order correct.

I had the god father and boy was I happy. The ladies are like Machines producing subs after sub. Yet it felt like my sub was made by one person and all the love. So good if I'm ever back in the area I will be eating a dibellas!!
