I went to get my eyebrows tinted at the Mondawmin location. The technician was apply lashes to one person and three people were ahead of me. They all had lashes applied. Also, once the eyebrow tint was applied to my brows and I sat for 10 minutes to allow the tint to process. In the time I waited in line and was being serviced I noticed the technician USED THE SAME PAIR OF TWEEZERS on each client! WOW!!! This can and will lead to eye infections!! One of the technicians did not have her nose covered with her mask. They did wipe down the chairs after each client and the technician did wear gloves I was appalled that they would use the same pair of tweezers on each client to apply eyelashes!
To be clear, there were two technicians working at the time I was there, each had her ONE PAIR OF TWEEZERS and used them on each client. She did not clean nor sanitize the tweezers between each client. It seems to me that this technique is against the state health code if not it should be. Touching everybody's eyes with the same tweezers????!!!!!! The Maryland Department of Health, the owner of this business and the technicians have a duty to protect the public against infection. A person's eyesight could be affected by this gross negligence.

NOT WORTH IT!! AVOID AVOID.
EVERY one of the MD locations is filled with girls with horrible attitudes. I would drive over an hour from DC to get my lashes done and couldnt even be greeted. Dont get me started on their sour faces. I finally had enough when i sped back from NJ one Sunday to get them done at the Security Mall location. I made it to the mall by 530pm (they close at 6pm) and the employee told me she couldnt do my lashes because she had to do inventory. The lashes look good, but they aren't worth the dreadful customer service and bitchy employees.
