RCG Plumbing was a great find, that was pleasant, affordable and professional in the way they handled our project.

We had a cracked pipe from winter cold that connected to one of our outside spigots. Rob, knew the situation and what we were asking for (I use very laymen terms) gave a quote and kept that quote. He also was really good at responding to questions I had and we were able to plan the work a few weeks out very easily.

Robert came a little late, but that was due to an emergency situation with a customer who had a busted pipe at the water meter. You gotta love a professional who cares about his customers, but other than that, he looked at the situation, went to the store to get what he needed and was done within 30 mins (it was very quick).

We were really thankful that he also put in a shut off valve so we could turn off that pipe in the winter so it doesn't get cracked again.

It really can't get much better, Rob's pricing was great, his communication was 1st class, his understanding and professionalism was all amazing and super helpful. The facet works great and there is no water leaking at all, the house was clean and now we have our outdoor faucet back.

I had an electrician accidentally nicked a pipe, that I discovered would leak when my outside faucet ran. Stressful, frustrating scenario - the electrician's insurance was covering it, so I needed to get estimates.

Now - after receiving estimates - RCG came in, laid it out, made suggestions, and also knocked it out with their bid.

Rob was fast, attentive, communicative, and upfront about everything he needed to do, and did, and left me with nice new pipes and a shut off valve to help improve my future winterization. His over messages estimate was less than the others, and he kept true to it when he saw what needed done.

Plain and simple, he made a stressful scenario a lot less stressful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him back.

We called RCG to find a deep clog in our kitchen sink/disposal drain system. Initial scheduling gaffe made it a later appointment but they showed up later on time, and efficiently found the clog and the sink drain was working very quickly. It cost us a very reasonable amount, less than $300.

Robert is professional, skilled, figures things out quickly, is very neat, efficient, and nice, and charged a price that was fair. He doesn't gouge his customers. I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home. I haven't had to call plumbers very often through the years but certainly have used a number of them and Robert is the one I give 5 stars in every respect. I highly recommend RCG Plumbing.

Excellent service and fast. I had an old water heater go out and talked to Robert late on a Wednesday evening and he was able to come and install on Friday morning. He did and excellent job and it only took him about an hour and a half. Very polite and on time and price was less then others. I for sure will use him again and will refer to friends.

Prompt call back. Earliest available company. Called on a Sunday and appointment scheduled first thing Tuesday. Prompt and super customer service. Will definitely call again.

RCG Plumbing responded quickly and was able to get us scheduled right away. It was a simple job--toilet replacement. The job was well done, no mess afterward, and he charged a fair price. I would hire him again.

I have a bathtub leak and he fixed very quickly I'm very happy with the work. Totally recommend robert
